I like this B&B, it is not trying to be a hotel, it is not sterilised, just sensibly clean, and it is a friendly and welcoming B&B situated smack, plumb in the middle of Llanymynech. The location is perfect, you are 30 seconds walk from the three pubs [Bradford Arms, Cross Keys and the Dolphin], which are the only places... More

We have stayed at many B & B's over the years, but The Manse has to be the best. The rooms are all well appointed and comfortable. The location is great with so many places to visit. There is nothing particularly wrong with the Manse but it is just not up to scratch compared with other B and B's of the same classification. The twin room was adequate but tired and strangely, there was a glass door between the bedroom and en-suite so my room-mate could see me on the loo! I would describe the place as... More

It is important for me to put this review into context. We had stayed the night before (for £5 more) at probably one of the best B&Bs on the planet - we had witnessed superb hospitality, luxurious surroundings and a setting to die for.
