We have just returned from a 2 night stay, booked with a itison voucher. The inn is a 6 bedroom modern Inn, right on the river Tay in Grandtully. We had room 6 which was perfect we had our little dog with us and room 6 has a separate door so easy to take dog out for walks. Check in... More

We visited here whilst staying at the Logierait cabins and couldn't fault it. The service was great; it was exceptionally quiet (presumably the time of year) however we were not rushed through our meal despite us staying a while. The food was delicious and big portions, all in all very reasonably priced. It had a lovely cosy atmosphere. Would love... More

The Inn is the ideal place to access the beautiful Loch Tay and Glen Lyon area; it's peaceful, homely and relaxed. Bedroom 1 was large, comfortable and cosy, with splendid views over the rapids of the river Tay and oodles of space for a family. Some might find the noise too intrusive but I find it very reassuring. There are... More

We stayed here in October where we had a very warm welcome, the hotel and rooms are decorated to a high standard! Food and service where second to none and the staff could not have been more helpful! Anyone who stays here will be in for a treat! The real fire is a lovely focal point and very welcome after... More

A weekend touring Perthshire. this was a lovely base. Not a large hotel, but large beautiful bedroom, with comfortable seating and good en-suite. Food was excellent, breakfast ( served at table) very high standard. Lovely comfy pub/lounge , gorgeous dining room overlooking river. Staff friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it, will definitely be back.

Having dined in the restaurant twice whilst staying in nearby Aberfeldy earlier this year, my wife and I had the opportunity to take advantage of an Itison deal for a 2 night stay. From arrival to departure everything was excellent. The young staff are extremely efficient and nothing is to much trouble for them. Our room(Nos 4) was spacious and... More

We really enjoyed our short pre Christmas break at the Inn on the Tay. We were shown to Room 1 which was more than adequate for our needs for a couple of nights - warm, comfortable, spacious and overlooking the rapids of the River Tay. The Inn is ideally situated for touring around and had the weather been kinder we... More

We stayed here in November for 2 nights B&B without the kids. From the moment we arrived we were very pleased we had chosen to come here for a break away. It feels very welcoming with all the fairy lights and candles. Jenny met us and showed us our room and we also saw her throughout out stay - what... More

Had an excellent meal and restful time here a few weeks ago. The sign outside says Food All day so we were a little taken aback to be told the restaurant is closed between 3 and 5pm. It was 4pm so we decided to have a drink while we waited. Drinks are expensive for the location but lovely wood burner... More

Having stayed at the Inn twice already, there was no doubt in my mind where I would go to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends. We had all 6 of the lovely rooms available to us and had Prosseco with glasses set out in the biggest room (which became the party room) for our arrival. Nothing was too... More
