Fourth time this year and the food is just superb - we have eaten at various Michelin star restaurants and this is up there with them. Id say it's the best restaurant in the area - the chef really does an amazing job of using local ingredients to create great flavours. Hope you enjoy as much as we have !!

Just back from a 2 night stay here, which was thoroughly enjoyable. Room was lovely, well furnished with lots of room for clothes storage and a very comfortable bed. Molton Brown toiletries and locally made chocolates in the room add a nice touch. Wifi didn't seem to reach our room, but this suited us fine and we could use the... More

While staying in the area we popped into Ardeonaig for lunch. We were served with an excellent soup of the day and quality sandwiches . The young man who served us was very pleasant and invited us to walk around the hotel grounds and down to the Loch shore. He also chatted to us about the hotel and room options... More

Stayed in a Sheiling which is beautiful ......very secluded and peaceful setting. Room was spotless...with french doors ooening out onto patio area beside Loch Tay. Food was of a high standard, service was exceptional however no wifi and no tv was problematic but as we were only there for one night it wasnt a problem. Very remote area but beautiful setting.

We have just returned from a weekend visit to the Ardeonaig Hotel. We had the most relaxing weekend and, I must say, no TV and the poor internet connection was very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, empty plates all round. Thank you for a... More

We arranged to meet friends here. When we arrived the person who came to greet us seemed pleasant until we said there would be 6 for lunch. To say he looked surprised is an understatement! We went into the bar with tables for 2 and very hard uncomfortable chairs. On ordering ginger beer and lime we were informed there was... More

Hello Wylda, We are quite surprised to hear of your disappointment during your lunch of last week, as upon leaving later in the afternoon, one of your party sat at the reception and explained how much he had enjoyed the meal, as well as the setting. This sentiment was shared by the gentleman who paid the bill, too. Our apologies... More

This hotel is fantastic! The area is incredibly peaceful and has amazing views of Loch Tay. There are lots of walks in the surrounding area, and the House of Bruar is a short drive away, which has a nice walk up to a waterfall behind the shops and cafe. In addition to the very friendly staff, the restaurant at Ardeonaig... More

My husband and I stayed at the Ardeonaig Hotel only for a night but had a lovely time and enjoyed it very much. Wonderful location with beautiful views of the Loch Tay and the mountains. I would recommend a room with views on the Loch. You can't really see the Loch properly but it is at the back of the... More

This is a quiet relaxed hotel with lovely views and a very good chef. If you want excitement go elsewhere, not even a TV anywhere. Food is super for dinner and breakfast, nice wine list too. Nothing happens in a hurry here but that is part of the charm. Spotless rooms.

My husband and I were there last weekend, and it is eally, really nice hotel, they have very good food and the accommodation is very nice, but there is poor internet access, the breakfast and dinner menu are limited if you stay more that 2 nights, we stayed for 3 nights, although location is privileged south Loch Tay and we...
