It's #1 in Belle Cote because its the only place in Belle Cote. The management is useless. The exterior of the cottages are falling into disrepair, and the insides are mediocre. For $200 a night, it's a bit dear, but there are few hotel rooms I've stayed in outside of urban areas that are as comfy and well appointed.
