We stayed in The Fox Burrow for four nights and it was perfect for us. Despite the wintry weather we were warm as toast. The shower room was generous in size and the living/sleeping area well laid out and appointed. The kitchen corner was separate and though tiny, was everything we needed. The whole place was clean, warm and bright.... More

Just come back from a great stay in Bobtail Corner. Have stayed in all three units over the past 8 years with stays ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks in duration in all seasons. Really lovely couple run Baytree. Love the location, so peaceful and pretty with fields surrounding it and close to Hillside animal sanctuary, the Broads, Norwich... More

Me and my partner stayed for a short weekend and would like to praise the Bay Tree House for a pleasant stay. I was reluctant at first to opt for a self-service B&B, but I am really glad that we did. The room was more like a self-catering apartment, and we had more freedom to choose what time we had... More

We stayed in Woolley View and found it very and central to all Norfolk has to offer. Christine & James were very friendly but never intrusive. A cake was left for us on arrival which was a lovely gesture and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in Bobtail Corner - a small cottage with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The cottage was very well presented, clean and tidy. The owners were friendly without being intrusive and the location is superb for exploring the Norfolk countryside and North Norfolk Coast. Although the cottage is only 10 minutes from Norwich and its amenities,... More

All you need for a one-room stay with small kitchenette and well thought out use for small space. Good communication too with owners. Was worried it would smell of someone else's dogs as we don't have any but it didn't. Will be coming back and hopefully my son can bring his dogs over for a walk.

We have stayed here 4 times and each has been a pleasant experience. James and Christine are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small but well presented and value for money. The ability to cook is also very useful. Most heartening is that they are one of the few B&Bs in the area that accept dogs. I unreservedly recommend... More

We stayed with our dog for a weekend, the setting next to Hillside Animal Sanctuary is great & we had a really relaxing weekend. The accomodation (Woolly View) was spotless, everything you could need was on hand. We will being going back to try the larger room, it's much better than staying in a traditional B & B.

we've stayed here twice now, staying last year for one night in the foxburrow and the year before in bobtail corner. bobtail corner is the largest of the three rooms, having a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and has everything you could want or need for a night or even a week or two. the foxburrow is the... This place is absolutely fantastic!!! Relaxing is an understatement! We had a view of the lovely rescue horses from our bedroom window, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived with a series of thoughtful, practical touches that meant we wanted for nothing! Christine and her husband were very hospitable and friendly and we will be going back, hopefully very very... More
