We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there for one night. Good activities kept us busy for the day with little time to relax and enjoy the resort. Watching the elephants at close quarters was sheer joy for the kids. They want to go back there again. The hotel staff were very hospitable , rooms very clean and the food was... More

One needs to be clear about expectations from the place. This is not a "resort". It is a good place to take a short break. The cottages are basic, but comfortable. Food was basic when we were there but not a disaster as experienced by the earlier reviewers. We (family of 3 including 5 year old son) stayed there for... More

Would second the previous review written about this place.Tariff is very high for the services provided. Food is very bad.We planned this trip for our 4 year old daughter. Unfortunately she developed stomach infection at this place and could not even see the elephants. Totally child unfriendly. Children were so hungry by 7:30pm, but staff struck to their time of... The resort is reached from across the river by their own boat. Once you reach there, you are greeted with pristine greenery and several cottages. The dining area is perched on stilts, looking out into the water. The rooms are very minimalistic and have nothing but basic furniture. The tariff is extremely high for the value of the services they... More

An excellent place. You have to cross a small river to reach the place. Beautiful cottages with windows facing the stream. Cottages exquisitely decorated with coffe wood. Very helpful and attentive staff. Hight light of the trip is the expereince of giving a bath to the elephants. Kids will never forget it. I took my child on his birthday and... More

Stayed here for one night and experienced the safari, nature trek and the elephant interaction. Reached here during a time when it was mostly rainy and it was slushy everywhere. Had to park my car on one side of the river bank as they take you by boat to the camp across the Cauvery river. All staff right from the... More

Dirty disorgainized and a total waste of money. As a non resident Indian or Foringner you pay 50 per cent more than anyone else. Jeep safari everyone crammed in so no one can see anything. Dinning room discusting running alive with ants because no bothered to clean up, glass topped tables wiped with dirty cloth would not eat there on... More

This is my first review. we booked this place from the net.It took us around 5 hrs to reach from Bangalore by road. the 5 hr journey is worth it especially in the rainy season. Once i reached Dubare there was a separate point to take us to the resort.the resort is amidst the jungle and they have tried their... More
