This is one of the most charming places I have ever stayed at. The building is just stunning and the staff is adorable, they would do anything to make sure you feel at home. Breakfast is not great, is not a lot of choices but the location is the best.

What a find. We chose this hotel almost by accident, deciding to choose a hotel nearer the port of Santander for our final night. We stumbled across this hotel, almost by accident, on the way back to Santander. A beautiful building, sympathetically restored..... excellent staff. quite delightful. Wonderful gardens, with a good pool. well worth visiting.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel on the way back to the ferry in Bilbao after a long tour through Spain, and what a wonderful end to our holiday this proved.
