We stayed 6 nights, and were in heaven. This is a lovely, lovely place. Hidden off the main street in Cenac below the bastide of Domme, it is convenient to many of the attractions of the Perigord Noir, but above all it is run by two lovely people; the rooms are charming and the setting even better; and the breakfasts... We spent 3 days in the Perigord this Easter. Some friends recommend us the B&B The Moulin Rouge, and having read good opinions about it, we decided to stay there. Our experience was excellent. The B&B is in the small town of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, just 12 km away from the more touristic Sarlat-et-la-Caneda. The owners are so kind and friendly that... More

We went to the show there and it was awesome! We didn't do the dinner show just champagne but it was so worth it! I would defiantly go back again! It was well worth the money we spent. Before that we toured the area around the theater which was very interesting!

Me and my husband went to France this June (2010), first we'd stay in Paris for a couple of days and then we went to the Dordogne walley in Southwest France. We've been there 2 times before and wanted to go again, there is something about this area and we'd fell in love with it many years ago. Well we'd... More

We found the Moulin Rouge on the internet and it was exactly in the area we wanted to explore - near the Dordogne River in the Perigaux region of France. Arriving was the first wonderful surprise - the property is large, beautiful, spacious and yet, right in the center of the little town of Cenac. We were two couples, and... More
