We were staying in Nassau and decided to fly over to Harbour Island for a couple of nights. To be honest (for the price) we didn't expect much and as such, didn't get much! There's no way this hotel can class itself as a boutique hotel. It's like a cell block and we had a crowd of workmen staying in... More

...This place rocks! We stayed for 3 nights and the place was more than fine. Price was just a bonus. You don't spend any time here. Bring your own shampoo. Walking distance to the best breakfast spot on the Island (Coffee Roasters)

Best hotel on the island, for the price. Close to all the key locations on the island, like restaurants, bars, the marina and the main dock. One block away from the only Starbucks on the island - yippee! Allowed me to spend my $$ drinking and eating. I was impressed by the upgrades since my last stay. Nice job guys.... More

My daughter and I shared a room at this hotel recently, my brother also stayed in a room next door. Both rooms were very clean, with soap. This was very reasonable considering the price of some of the hotels on Harbour Island. I wasn't sure what to expect after some of the reviews. The reception staff were extremely helpful. This... It was a couples only trip, we rented 3 rooms. All of the rooms the AC was horrible. They weren't working at all. Felt like you were sleeping in hell. Yet the rooms were $200 a night! The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility and the apartment like feel. The hotel secretary, was more interested in her... More

We spent few days here. It is mid town, near all restaurents, easy to rent golf car and visit the Island. Services is good, helpfull to find car rent. Near the diving center as well. The room was quite big with commodity to prepare lunch or dinner if you do not want to go to restaurent.

We booked at this hotel as it was one of the only properties on Harbour Island that had rooms available, and it was definitely the most affordable option. First the positives: the staff were so friendly and helpful, and treated us very well - they were approachable and made good recommendations for restaurants. The location is also great - very... I enjoyed my stay at Royal Palm. Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The rooms are big and decorated in lively island colors. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is new. My room had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The location was the best… only 2 blocks from bay side and I could walk to the... More

This hotel is very basic though at least was clean. The room had a noisey airconditioner badly fitted in hole in the wall. No shampoo or shower gel. The room had a broken lamp and a toilet that wobbled! In the evening hoards of ants appeared from a hole in the wall. The reception desk was sparsely manned, most of... More

I checked all locations in internet, and most of them are very expensive. Since I travelled with family the price is important. The location is quite good, at walking distance from all major restaurants, and the Hotel, even with basic furniture is very clean and confortable. So it worth the money if compared with others. Rooms also have a small... More
