Just had a great four night stay at The Landing. Harbour Island is without question, one of my favorite beach destinations. If you are looking for a low key, great food, no big touristy kinda spot, it doesn't get much better. The food and accommodations at the Landing are exceptional. See Honey at the bar for a delicious cocktail/ Can't... More

During our eight day break on harbour island we dined twice at this restaurant spending just under $800.00 as a couple Combined over the two visits, tonight we left feeling conned and ripped off when asked if we wanted water for the table we asked for tap water we were charged $5.00 for their filtered water!, I only found out... We appreciate your patronage and are sorry that you felt ripped off by the bar closing early. For a number of reasons, our bar closing time can vary. We were a little confused about your stated order for tap water. Firstly, the tap water on island is undrinkable. While it might not make you sick like in some other countries,... More

Had a wonderful time at The Landing, as always. We spent a lot of time at the pool and just chilled out and enjoyed a beautiful quietness. The food is fantastic and the bar has to be one of the nicest bars in the world. Thank you so much to Tracy and her staff, see you in December. By the... More

Came to the Island with a friend , just to show me another part of The Bahamas. The Island was quite different from Nassau and I found it quite relaxing. The Landings Hotel is very Intimate and quaint. We stayed in Hibiscus. The room was clean , a little smaller than we thought but the bed was very comfortable. I... More

I just returned from an amazing stay with my wife at the Landing, where the service was exceptional, the room large and romantic, and the property situated perfectly in the middle of town overlooking the bay. We chose the Sea Sage room which was large and comfy with a beautiful linen lined four poster bed. Dark hardwood floors lead to... More

Our second island hop was to No. Eleuthera with a ferry ride over to Harbour Island. Reviews on The Landing looked pretty good and with a few phone calls, I was positive that this was the place for our three couples island hopping trip. The Landing is circa 1800s and has been restored and added to. The rooms are beautifully... More

Stayed here 5 nights for our first trip away from baby. We were looking for a place within one plane change that had a great beach but that was also walkable, where we could see a little of the local culture in addition to enjoying clear aqua blue water. We are not fans of all inclusive Caribbean resorts where you... More

We went for dinner one night and I must say that it was of my top 5 dinners of all time. From the moment you walk in the hospitality is there, first stop was the quaint little bar, loved. We were sat outside on the patio which was very nice, beautiful night. All of the food was delicious, crab appetizer,... More

I do question if this is a true and valid experience of someone who actually stayed in three different rooms at the Landing’s three buildings (you could check with the owner/manager there to see if such a reservation is indeed true) or is it someone simply choosing to slam a place because they booked the cheapest room at this hotel... ok time to get some truth about this place as most of the comments really seem strangely far from reality with a clear bias on the positive side you will suspiciously never know the truth about the NOISE we stayed there for a few... nights... in december and even with earplugs it was difficult to find more than 60 seconds... One of the charms of The Landing is it's intimacy and it's in town location (plus the added bonus of beach access and facilities) . Our buildings date back to 1800 and maintain their original character. This is sought after and appreciated by some and less so by others. We did not have any guests in December who stayed in...
