If you want to feel like a 3rd class citizen, and like the worst service in harbor Island, then this place is for you. The wimpy male owner is a coward that let's his arrogant host run the restaurant. Quite frankly it's a shame that an establishment is run like Peter Pan, actually I'm sorry the service at Peter Pan... More

The Landing is such a chic luxury hotel, very stylish with a relaxed Bahamian vibe which ideally compliments the relaxed sophistication of the very beautiful Harbour Island. The hotel rooms are elegant and comfortable with stunning views over the harbour. The restaurant is the best on the island with an excellent menu selection, the desserts are particularly good. I highly... More

Be aware that there is a large on-going construction site behind the Old Library Building, which does affect the general ambience, particularly for Buttonwood. Having booked a week's (repeat) stay several months ahead we knew nothing of this until we arrived at the end of March and were duly disappointed. The restaurant is the best feature.

We we're able to stay just the one night ( most hotels on Harbour Island demand a minimum stat of 3 nights). We arrived very early however our room was ready and we were shown to a fabulous 200 year old room with triple aspect, balcony and en suite. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and on checking... More

Everything about the atmosphere invites you in. The food is amazing, personal faves are goat cheese ravioli and the steak. The staff is exquisite. Toby's morning coffee, Tracy's enormous smile, and the casual yet elegant ambiance is nothing short of amazing.

This is my fifth or sixth visit to a beautiful inn that offers a comfortable well-decorated room, a charming bar, breakfast and dinner on a veranda that overlooks the Harbour, and a location that's in the middle of historic Dunmore Town. Having provided all of that, the Hotel leaves you alone to enjoy yourself, but staff will help when asked.... More

I am presently staying in the same room as this complaining couple. Yes there is construction next door. I was informed about it prior to my staying here. Once inside the room, with the door is closed there is no noticeable noise (even with the drilling machine, which is yes quite loud when one leaves the room). The Landing has,... More

Where to start?! From the moment I arrived (delayed due to airlines) it was perfect. Since I arrived after typical check in hours, Tina greeted me at the most wonderful bar with, "Hello Jake!". Keep in mind we have never met. I knew from this greeting that I was in the right spot. I proceeded to have the most perfect... More

For $400 per night, I expect to not have a building site, with pneumatic drills, cement mixers and 15+ workmen directly outside my room. Sadly, that is exactly what my husband and I experienced. On our honeymoon. The hotel management at no one time informed us of this situation, prior to us checking in, and having taken 2 flights and... More

First and foremost we are so sorry to be a part of anyone's disappointing vacation and especially a honeymoon. We had no idea that the construction that is taking place at the property next door had caused any disturbance to our guest . We had 4 other guests in house at the time of this reservation and all of them... More

Nothing bad at all to say. It was superbly run in a casual inn style. Tina, the manager on duty when we were there, was on top of everything and extremely helpful. She had put us in three rooms in the Library building and all were well air-conditioned. While there weren't many other guests during our stay, I expect in... More
