This was our second visit and it was a delight, as before. Amazing views over the harbour and sea, lovely room, comfy bed and a gorgeous breakfast. Anne is a lovely host and made sure that we were happy and had everything that we needed. Very close either side are two excellent restaurants (East Pier Smoke House and Craig Millar)... More

Stayed in the twin room for 3 nights and loved the decor ! Very cosy room and right at the harbour; enjoyed watching the change of the tide in the harbour basin from our window. Hauling up our heavy suitcases to the 2. floor was a bit difficult but then we were rewarded with the view. As Ann says on... More

Great B & B lovely location right on the harbour. We were on the top floor a few stairs to climb, good size room, large bathroom across landing. Delicious continental breakfast served on tray and left outside your room at time of your choice by Ann the owner. Overall a great B & B with owner who works hard so you... More

Shortly to be returning to live in the area we decided to stay at this quaint B&B. We stayed in the top room with the most amazing views to the harbour and beyond. The B&B itself was very clean with a wonderful seating area right by the window for enjoying Ann the hosts unique breakfast of berries/yoghurt, croissants and cereals.... More

A fantastic B and B in a really lovely part of Scotland. The long weekend was an after-thought add on to a family trip. We were very glad of adding it on! The rooms were at the top of the house (so a few stairs) but beautifully clean with the sort of attention to detail often lacking in B and... More

A lovely B&B, rooms a little pokey, great breakfast. Unfortunately we felt the noise from the shellfish business behind the house was quite disturbing, and the smell from the weed in the harbour was quite overwhelming!

Hi There, I am very sorry your sleep at Grannies Harbour was disturbed by the noise from the Shellfish Business. I am in the process of sorting this out with the owner and environmental health as it is affecting several close neighbours. As for the smell from the harbour, unfortunately ,I can do nothing about this ! Luckily it only happens... More

This lovely house has superb views across the harbour and over the Forth. We had the top of the house - gorgeous comfy room and a beautiful bathroom just opposite. The owner had filled the fridge in the room with some snacks which was very thoughtful. Delicious breakfast too. Would highly recommend Grannies Harbour & hope to return soon.

We stayed at Grannies mid July 2014. As two couples we took both rooms. Each is on a different floors and have their own spacious, beautifully appointed bathrooms. Everything here is immaculate, thoughtful and ever so slightly quirky in the loveliest of ways. The bedrooms are small but that is hardly surprising given the age of the building. There is... More

We stayed in the attic. It was beautiful. The accommodation is quirky, with owner Anne's artwork on display. She made us feel very welcome and also provided a fabulous breakfast - croissants and local strawberries delivered to your bedroom door. We would definitely return, it was a real treat!
