We had a lovely stay in a great location. The only thing that we would flag up is that our bed seemed to have 2 mattress (single) and one mattress was higher than the other leading to an uncomfortable night. What a wonderful property & setting, just a pity that the gentleman behind the bar didn't seem to understand the concept of hospitality - perhaps he just prefers residents. The pasta was cold and the coffee was so weak it didn't need the requested hot water. Had it been busy you could have overlooked these things.

Recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at the Balcary Bay Hotel. Wonderful fresh food, beautifully prepared in a fantastic setting. Service was first rate too. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for food and I will certainly consider staying a weekend there.
