Have visited this lovely Inn in Perranuthnoe (a small picturesque cornish hamlet) whenever we have holidayed in St Ives and have found the meals there excellent. We have never stayed there overnight but can really recommend the dining experience there.

we had a wonderful lunch here, I'm not a fish lover but I had the battered fish which was beautiful, the batter melted in the mouth. We also went for an evening meal the same week and once again the meal was superb. Friendly efficient staff and a great atmosphere. We will definately dine here again.

The Victoria had recently changed hands and so we were interested to check it out, having enjoyed consistently good food over many years from Stuart and Anna. For those of you who might be concerned that things may not be the same ever again - have no fears. The décor, at least for the moment, remains the same, but more... More

We visited for Sunday lunch, having eaten here some time ago but not since the new owners took over. Fully booked with people waiting for tables. A really lovely atmosphere (we had a table booked in the bar). A short wait, but well worth it! We had the roast sirloin and roast pork, absolutely fabulous in every way. We will... More

4 of us had a delightful lunch here at the end of a relaxing trip to Porthleven. Recently taken over before Christmas with a nicely balanced Sunday menu. Service was adequate on a busy day. Nice range of suitably gooey deserts and delicious sorbets and ice creams.

Seven of us booked Sunday lunch here just before Christmas. Although very busy, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and made sure we were seated quickly and orders taken. The food was fantastic; there was a good selection of fresh, local produce and every one of us was happy with our meal!

Circular south coast path walk with great beach, amazing views and a pretty village and church. Then a lunch at the Victoria Inn. Wow. We try and find a few nice pubs wherever we go and this was one of the best. Food was exceptional, all waiting staff were very friendly, beer was well kept. Could have sat there all... More

Had a fantastic sunday lunch here today...really tasty food and good service and the atmosphere was great too...very friendly. I had the beef and they warned me that it would be pink which was good. All locally sourced food, we will definately return.

We went to the Victoria Inn for Sunday lunch which was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. So good that we went again for lunch the following Saturday which again was a lovely meal, lovely old Inn with lots of charm.

A pleasant village location, not exactly stunning views and no sea views from either of the letting rooms but the village is as I say very pleasant. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the bar area is in a traditional inn style. It does seem to attract a lot of locals/second home owners so they are doing things right... More
