Room is ok. Hot water was a nice surprise. The staff were kind. Internet was relatively fast. Hotel is near a few bars and restaurants. Did not feel unsafe walking around at night. Overall a positive experience.

Stayed here before and after a gadventures trip. It's very close to the sights in San Jose and the staff are very fun and friendly, however, it's close to a major roadway, so expect some noise. My first night in San Jose and feeling a little upset the next morning, Juan reassured me with a great breakfast and hot cup of coffee. A comfortable few days stay, adequate bathrooms but always clean. Thank you! There wasn't a swimming pool in the hotel, clicked by accident.
