I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking to visit and stay in Amble. It's in a great location and Grace and Dave are really friendly, welcoming hosts giving us plenty of advice on where best to eat and ideas for places to visit. Couldn't ask for more. They also cook a good breakfast - fab way to start... More

Another lovely stay with Grace & Dave (4th time). Always welcoming & friendly. Fab breakfast with lots of choice & plenty of it! Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable with everything you need. We've stayed in most rooms over the years & they're all lovely. The B & B is in a fantastic location right on the harbour within easy reach... More

The landlady Grace was very hospitable, the room and bathroom very comfortable and clean the breakfast perfect. A welcome find which was worth searching for. The pubs in Amble seem to be a mixed bag, it's not really the place for craft ales, but there are lots of pubs to choose from, and most of those I visited were friendly,... More

We turned up at the door totally on spec looking for a bed for the night and had a wonderful warm reception from Grace. Luckily there was a vacancy and we were shown into the downstairs bedroom which was perfect. Every comfort was available and spotlessly clean. Even a good view of the harbour from our bedroom window and a... More

Amble is a lovely port and Coquetside is a lovely B&B. Conveniently located near the harbour and the fabulous Boathouse restaurant is a hop skip and jump away. Handy for the busy Sunday morning market if you like that sort of thing..and we do. Grace and Dave are great and attentive hosts so it does not surprise me to learn... More

My daughter and I arrived at 6 pm without a reservation. We were exhausted from a long day of cycling. Fortunately, due to a last minute cancellation were able to stay in this lovely B & B. Grace was so welcoming! They secured our bikes, showed us to our beautiful room and directed us to a great restaurant. Everything about... More

Very comfortable b & b in a very good location, very central and convenient but also very quiet. Situated almost on the harbour and a great view from our bedroom window looking up the estuary to Warkworth castle. Owner very friendly, breakfast good.

Thank you Grace and Dave for a wonderful stay and great breakfast. Location was excellent for walking along the pier after a wonderful and filling dinner at the Wellwood Hotel. Your sense of humour was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend your B&B.
