Me and my husband stayed here with our 2 dogs from monday to friday. We thought the location was great. We loved walking on the beach. And the icecream shop in amble is excellent. We loved it here only few things I thought could be improved. These were: . I would have liked to have an oven. The microwave oven... More

We have just returned from a long weekend in the self catering Warkworth Suite (2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs) and can't wait to return. On arrival we discovered eggs, milk, wine and dog treats. All very welcome! Cottage is surprisingly spacious, clean, warm and well equipped with everything you need. The shower is fantastic and the four poster... More

We just came back from a long weekend staying in the Warkworth Suite. This isn't part of the B&B but a self catering holiday cottage on the same farm. The farm is easy to find, would suggest maybe getting there during daylight if you haven't been before and we had a warm welcome. The cottage itself certainly has a wow... More

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Amble. We travelled from the North-West to attend our dear friends, Ellie and Mark's wedding and were privileged to have stayed in this golden gem of a suite. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated. It featured a comfortable and spacious four poster bed, plus a sofa bed, a great power... More

As you walk into the Coach House you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd walked into the suite of a four star country house hotel.Sumptuously furnished the centre piece being a huge four poster bed and we agree - the comfiest bed we've ever slept in, including our own! Everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful self catering holiday in... More

We stayed at the end of June 2012 and first impressions of the cottage were WOW. The furniture was so comfortable and the bed was the comfiest we have slept in, in fact all the fixtures and fittings were of a superior quality. Nice little touches of a bottle of wine, milk and some fresh farm eggs were left for... More

Had a few days spare & found on the Internet. We stay in Northumberland a lot but had not stayed around Amble before. After a full day on the beach we drove up to the Coach House, what a lovely location. And we were blessed with excellent weather for the stay. The cottage is warm, welcoming and fitted out to... We stayed for a week at the end of June and hit lucky with a lovely week of weather. The cottage is lovely and as the previous reviewer said is now a self catering cottage, which we booked through Welcome Cottages. We took our dog and there were numerous beaches to visit all within about 5 miles (he was in... More
