Had a 2 course bar meal but they also have a restaurant menu, Plenty of choice, loevly food, good service and nice atmosphere.

We stayed at this lovely place for the weekend with our little baby. The accommodation, hospitality and the breakfast was wonderful. This family run business is very welcoming with a very smiling and happy staff. Everybody is very helpful and very good value for money. Definitely recommending to everyone! Semra

Good beer and evening meals, friendly service, pub full of character and a great breakfast the next morning. Recommended.

Had a birthday totally spoiled by the management attitude. Didnt stay just had a meal (10 people) - food was ok. Very busy. Gave us the wrong bill - no apology for inconvenience - managers comment was "what do you expect me to do about it -I would be out of the money" We will not be eating there again!

Had another good lunch hear middle of March 2011, The food was excellent and well presented. Again we ate in the Bar area, with good service. Well worth a visit for the food. Not eaten in the Reataurant or stayed overnight.

Just stayed one night, but found it to be very comfortable with friendly staff. Room was clean and a good standard. It's not 5 star, but it's very nice as a village pub/hotel. Food was pub fayre but nicely done and well cooked.

We stayed 4 days at the Gordon Arms and loved every minute. The food is fantastic, great atmosphere and wonderful owner and employees. Very good rates, with excellent breakfast included. Very close to Edinburgh. West Linton is a charming little town. Bus stop directly across the street from the hotel.
