Fabulous stay. Beautiful lodge fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious hot tub and sauna. Dog friendly as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough, best stay!! Lovely surrounding areas to walk. Lovely and remote, nice to have a break from wifi and Internet.

Popped in here for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We often stop here for coffee and a bun and the service and quality of food are excellent. There is ample car parking space, and you are close to other glens. All that's missing is a mobile phone signal!

I have been visiting this hotel for many years and the place just gets better. We recently went there of a lunch and ate in the climbers bar which sits at the rear of the hotel as opposed to the restaurant which faces the front overlooking the adjacent hills. The hotel is your archietypal Scottish country hotel and the setting... More

I was there as part of a hill walking group, and was assigned a small double room on the second floor with lovely views southwards down the glen. Although my room had all facilities, I have to report a deficiency in the central heating system, and this was also mentioned by others in the group in different rooms. Basically the... More

Stayed in the Kirkton lodge for a week in November, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The lodge was fantastic with everything you would expect from a lodge advertised as luxury. Great open plan sitting room and kitchen, all utensils you would expect, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Bedrooms all on suite with comfy beds. Hot tub and sauna to relax. Had... More

The hotel is lovely and the bedrooms, are really well appointed. The food is very, very good. The bunk house, not so good, with very small... More

Always has been a lovely place - currently excellent bar staff and great beer in the Climber's Bar. This has been a superb watering hole for climbers after both rock-climbing and winter-climbing over many years. Good beer, nice fire, a few chips - what more could a climber wish for?? Climbers are not the most civilised people in the World,... More
