We (a couple and one child) visited the Lamb and Flag at 6pm on Friday 8th August. I asked the grumpy barman if we could eat and ordered some drinks. I wasn't offered a menu so helped myself to some from the bar. We sat outside and when we were ready we ordered our food at the bar as no... More

I have stayed in hotels in Europe (posh ones) - This is an Inn, with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are warm, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and lovely! Everyone of them was happy. They were very busy, very dedicated to serving their customers joyfully, and took pride in what they did. The food was good, (I... More

We stayed here on Saturday 23rd May for 1 night. On arrival we were greeted & shown to our spacious en suite room 5 which was modern with a view of the mountains. We went down to the bar & they had reserved a table for us. We were served promptly & the food was excellent. The room was quiet... More

Comfortable surroundings, attentive staff, good food, we'll be back. We needed somewhere with a good reputation for food and decided to try this place out as its close to home and we had heard good reviews. Everything we heard was right. Try it yourself, you won't be disappointed

The food at the lamb and flag was average nothing overally great. But the service at the resturant was terrible, the waitresses took ages to come take our order and the food took ages to come. they were stood there doing nothing instead of coming to see if we was ready.

Stayed in the Lamb and Flag for one night to break the journey up after traveling back from a great week in Somerset and this place was ideal for what we needed for the night. The room we stayed in was nicely furnished with a comfy bed and nice shower and we had a nice window view over the pubs... More

Clean sheets and a lovely hot shower, all you need after climing Sugar Loaf. They had tea and coffee in the room and when we asked for more milk, they were more than accommodating.The... More
