Wow! What a place to go for food. We didn't stay here as we were staying in a b&b down the road. A group of friends and I went for the weekend to Solva and the meal was a treat for our first night there. We booked in advance, and when we got there we had a drink in the... More

We had a lovely meal here on a weekday evening. The portions are huge so go with an appetite. Service is excellent and we really enjoyed the evening. We didnt book but apparently it does get busy at times'

Just returned from one night staying at Cambrian Inn. We stayed in the Skomer room which had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee on tea tray. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. More of a restaurant than a pub so was quiet!

We made a last minute booking for one night at the Cambrian Inn and stayed in the the room called Skomer (which is the one with the red coloured bedding). On arrival, parking was excellent directly outside the B&B. The room was spacious with an en-suite. The coffee making facilities were a nice touch. Booked a table in the evening... More

Staying over night on our way to North Wales, we were thoroughly happy that we had found this place. Our room (Skokholm) was towards the street, but there isn't a lot of through traffic, so we had a good sleep. The bathroom is extremely small, but provides everything you need. The dinner was very good, creative, fresh produce & the... More

The chips were probably the best bit of my dinner. The whitebait were so deeply fried you could hardly taste the fish and my granddaughters waffle was fried in the same oil as the fish. My desert never arrived. Apart from that the hamburger and the mackerel were good

Solva is a lovely little village and the Cambrian Inn is 3 roomed Pub/Restaurant. Our room (the Twin) was relatively small as you would expect in an old coaching Inn, however it was cosy and adequately appointed for the price. The real bonus were the great ales available at the bar, the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were... More

We had arrived late afternoon after walking from Little Haven by the Coastal Path and were given a very warm welcome at The Cambrian Inn. All our luggage had arrived and was waiting for us (we used a fantastic local company called Walkalongway Holidays who will pick up your luggage and take it to your next stay, so you don't... More

I have just returned from two nights at the Cambrian. Firstly, I should say that I can be quite a demanding customer. So, for example, although I had booked dinner, it appeared that I may arrive late. A short telephone call and I was assured that even if I were late, just let them know, and arrangements would be made.... More
