It was slightly let down by mediocre front desk staff and breakfast - the latter was well described on the... more

We have just returned from a week at the Bluebell Hotel in Neath. We picked this hotel for our honeymoon because we were on a budget and it offered great value. Our proper honeymoon will be next year to the Maldives... Although Neath provides easy access to the Gower Penninsular (very beautiful with great beaches), the town itself is not... more

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a long weekend. Before booking the hotel I rang and spoke to a member of staff who was extremely polite and courteous whilst remaining down to earth. We decided to go ahead and book the hotel as the pictures were lovely and the price very good...almost to good to be true... more

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay during a short break in June. We wanted to visit wales and were looking for somewhere to use as a base for touring. The Blue Bell was perfect. A lovely hotel, rooms were spotless, staff very friendly and meals were very reasonable. The restaurant was always busy in the evenings,... more

We had 3 rooms. 1 room the a/c wasn't working quite right but the staff did everything they could to help and accommodate us. Brilliant. Would we stay here again? A unanimous yes. Spotlessly clean and beaufiully decorated. Thank... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluebell Hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms, staff was okay (maybe a bit unexperienced, but they did there best). Only two minuspoint were no wifi in the room (only in the restaurant) and parkingspace is limited, so we had to park on the street. The restaurant of the Hotel is a must visit. Great food... more

Very welcoming and rooms complete luxury, didn't want to get up leave! Our visit was for business and if back this way again would definitely stay here again. Parking is only issue but we did manage to park right outside hotel until 8.00 am, with no charge. more
