First time here and having visited the Celtic Manor in the past was surprised how lovely it is here. Outstanding beautiful country side and fabulous restaurant. We all enjoyed the food, delicious! Staff very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to returning very soon. 😊

Had one night, db&b, here and loved the understated luxury. Very comfortable and staff could not do more to help. Dinner and breakfast served in main lodge and both were delicious and used locally sourced food which we loved.

We were staying at the Celtic Manor and chose the Newbridge as one of their many restaurants. Had a lift from concierge in one of the hotels private vehicles to the restaurant. About 15 min journey. Greeted warmly on arrival, drinks and nibbles in the bar while we waited for our table. Nice menu with separate children's menu. Lovely steak... More

We have eaten here many many times over the past 15 years or so and I have to say it gets better and better. Staying at The Celtic Manor one of the best things is that you can dine at The Newbridge - they drive you there and pick you up! We had booked dinner by phone and the person... More

Gorgeous location. I have stayed in every room now and I love it. Clean, cosy and quaint. Amazing staff who do remember me (and do a fab prosecco and blackcurrent)the food was great. Yes it's a little drive away from the Celtic manor but well worth it if you like peace and countryside. My only gripe is breakfast could be... More

My wife & I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary today, so booked Sunday lunch here. Altogether a fine experience; no faults whatsoever. Staff were very professional in the execution of their respective roles and most obliging and friendly throughout our visit. The food, though not cheap, was of an excellent standard; well cooked and presented. If I wanted to... More

Why is it beyond a hotel owned by the Celtic manor chain not to have a decent wifi signal so that one can actually work in your room? It kept dropping out and the signal was so weak that using the internet was incredibly slow - a better signal in the main hotel but useless in the rooms in the... More

We drove past here on our way home after staying a night near Usk. We wanted two coffees to sit out in the beautiful surroundings by the river. Lovely garden with nice garden furniture. There was a live band playing jazz music when we walked in. Great sound in a very classy setting. The young lady behind the bar said... More
