We booked at the Granary in order to attend a rugby match in Cardiff, as we wanted to avoid crowds; the landlord was really helpful in finding a suitable solution for us. As we arrived really late it was dark on the outside, so we spent a few minutes in finding the small unlightened sign on the main street, but... More

We stayed in 'the snug' for the weekend in June. It was very easy to find using the directions from the website. Lovely location with beautiful views. The Snug was clean, comfy and very well equipt. Having self catering facilities made our stay so much easier, especially with a young baby. There was also a travel cot and high chair... More

Brian, you're a star and we can't wait to come back and see you. My daughter and I stayed in 'The Snug', which was charming, with a young baby and an enormous Great Dane! So many places claim to make you welcome, and to accommodate dogs, but with the biggest dog in the world, it has always been difficult to... More

We stayed at the Granary for eight days and Brian was very helpful and gave excellent advice on local sites. We stayed in the "Den" and found it very comfortable. Breakfast was great and cooked to our orders. The Granary is located in a beautiful and quiet setting. Loved our stay!

When we saw the pictures on the website, we decided to book it right away. And the actual environment is exactly what we expected - lots of trees and the room has got bags of features! The host Brian was very friendly and cooked us good hot breakfast every morning. The cottage is located in a very quiet setting yet... More

A great place! Our host Brian was very friendly, made us an excellent breakfast and quickly posted back to us a pair of trousers that my wife accidentally left behind with no fuss. (We stayed in a B&B room as the self-catering rooms were fully booked - so book early!)

We stayed here in March for 2 days with our dog whilst visiting friends in Cardiff. We were made to feel most welcome by our hosts Brian and Debra. We stayed in the loft section of the property and had tv and tea / coffee facilities, and plenty of space. Breakfast was cooked by Brian and was excellent, as was... More
