Booked through 'best of Wales' and were not disappointed, lovely welcome. Stayed in cottage across the cobbled courtyard from main house which was spacious and clean. Took our 4 yr old for a wander around the farm and the farmer allowed us into the cowshed then took us for a little tour. We decided to go roaming in the fields... More

We stayed here for a weekend in November (2 adults + 3 kids) and wasn't disappointed . We were warmly welcomed by a young farming family who couldn't do enough for us . The area is great for walks and has two good pubs within easy reach . Would definitely recommend to others and use again .

We stayed for two nights. We were given a very warm friendly welcome, and helpful advice on good places to eat. The room was larger than we expected, warm and inviting, with plenty of storage space. The farm is set in its own land, but easy to find and only 20mins from the M4: perfect! There are two pubs in... More

We stayed overnight and had a great time. The farm is a real working farm in a great location - in the middle of nowhere but also really accessible from the M4. It was really peaceful and a lovely part of the world to relax in. The hosts gave us a flashlight to walk to and from the local pub... More

The owners run a small caravan site in the field next door. Lovely setting friendly people and dogs! Dog friendly site, water and electric hook ups provided. Didnt stay in the B&B but the setting of it was great. Close to the Brecon Beacons, and the two pubs in mamhilad. Also close to the village of Goytre. Please see other... More

The room was smaller than expected. There was standing water in the shower tray whilst showering! The hosts were reasonably friendly and provided us with a torch to walk down to the nearby pub for dinner. The hosts had to go out for an engagement in the morning so we felt that breakfast was very rushed. We were then asked... More

Stayed overnight for Abergavenney food festival. About 10 minutes drive from park and walk, in a very picturesque setting about a mile off Pontypool to Abergavenney main road, so pretty well placed in that respect. We stayed in a cottage across a cobbled courtyard from main building. Welcome, accommodation and breakfast, which was set around a large communal dining table,... More

Chose this B&B to be close to a wedding reception, it was a perfect location. The room I had in the barn was just perfect to get ready in and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, thank you to Hannah for being a great host, with the added entertainment from Cerys and Hattie!

We had a lovely overnight stay in this picturesque location. Great walks, easy access to Abergavenny or the Brecon canal (for cycling), and a couple of country pubs in walking distance. Nothing at all we could fault about our stay and will book again.
