Our accommodations included all meals and a 17 ft boat. We arrived at 9 am and we're worried our room wouldn't be available, but it was. Super easy check in, super easy boat orientation. The meals were so delicious! The boat was great. Super relaxed atmosphere, which I loved. The picnic lunches were amazing. The freedom to explore on land... More

We had a great stay in the Sugar Apple cottage. The new cottages are very nice. They are clean and very modern. There is not much room, just a bed and well stocked, large bathroom. My only complaint is that the closet only had 5 hangers. We packed light, but since we stayed for a week that really wasn't enough.... More

We booked almost 9 months prior and the anticipation was overwhelming. Other than trip advisor and the SCYC website, its hard to prepare for what to expect. From the moment we touched down I understood the slogan "Its better in the Bahamas" and I'll go as far to say the Exumas are unimaginable. You land at the airstrip and it... More

Get ready to slow down. HA what i really mean is get ready to be forced to slow down. The place is absolutely stunning, the views are all worth millions. The staff could use a little more energy, but by the end of the week you will be used to the slow service. If your looking for a high paced... More

There was a song some time ago " almost paradise" Staniel cay & Staniel cay yacht club are pretty close to paradise. We traveled there on our boat from Florida and were welcomed with dock help and assistance in getting to our cottage. We were in the coral cottage, there largest, made for a family. It were clean comfortable and... More

Where to begin? -The Night Before and Airplane Ride- We started our adventure by going to Fort Lauderdale the night before and staying at the Merriot right near the executive airport. It was beyond convienient for the 7AM flight the following morning. Upon walking into Watermaker Air’s lobby and seeing how nice it was, I knew that this was going... More

First off the location is amazing, the water is crystal clear and just breathtaking! PROS: Great Location Water is really clear Can travel to other islands that are untouched Food is really good but slow. I understand, you are on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean. Huge, amazing yachts that you get to see when boating around.... More

Just spent four nights in Staniel Cay, and it's one of the most beautiful spots I have ever been to. Stayed in Coco Plum cottage, which is actually two separate buildings, each with its own bed and bathroom. It's very inexpensive considering the remote location. There is a cool outdoor shower as well. It's very clean, nice linens, good AC,... More

I wish I could tell you it was awful and don't waste your time, I would tell you that just to keep the small quaint feel to the place. All I can say is it was everything I've dreamed of. I've been hearing about SCYC since I was a teenager and have been waiting on my chance to get there,... More
