My husband and I spent 7 nights at Staniel Cay Yacht Club...we stayed in the orange cottage...cozy,clean and comfortable..The staff was awesome..very helpful..the food was great..no complaints..whatever you needed or wanted...peaceful and relaxing...no worries about time or cell phones ringing....wifi is slower than a snail but that was perfect for us...We went out daily on our boat and enjoyed visiting... Beautiful place, the location, the food and the people are incredible. Going around with the boat and choosing every day your own beach is an experience that you will never forget. Also unforgettable is the people who take care of you at the restaurant and the food was delicious every night.

Stayed in the "yellow cottage" which was as shell we say "cowboyed up". There is a very unattractive beach that is near the road (as all the runoff goes on the beach). So to get around you need a boat. They provide beat up all to hell, hard starting boston whalers (13' long). I'm sure more than one person has... More

There are a couple of statements in this review which we feel need addressing. First, the boats - yes, we do have 13' whalers that are included in our package plan with most of our bungalows. Some are easier to start than others and this can be due both to the individual motors as well as to the experience of... More

Took our 4 kids to SCYC this weekend and had an absolute blast. Rented Apple and Coco Plum overlooking the harbor. Food was great, views were incredible...Would strongly recommend ordering the lobster for dinner...was outstanding. We took our own boat out and checked out the islands. We chartered a day trip fishing with a local guide and caught snapper and... More

If you are looking to recharge your batteries this is place. If you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. We had an unbelievable time here. We did the all inclusive package and would suggest that as the best option. The help is attentive to your needs but don't be in a rush. It is island... More

We were on the all inclusive package with a double room, all meals and a boat to use on our own every day. It was a wonderful way to explore the islands around Staniel Cay, land on desertic beaches, snorkel, etc. The room were beautiful and clean. The double rooms with terrace (blue cottage) that face directly the sea are... More

My sister-in-law and husband had vacationed at Staniel Cay Yacht Club a few years ago and loved it. They wanted to travel back and have my husband and I accompany them; so we did. Spent four wonderful nights at Staniel Cay Yacht Club and it was everything described to us and more. It was one of the most relaxing vacations... More

Based on the reviews I have read on here, this place is obviously not for everyone. This was my second time at Staniel. I first found Staniel about 12 years ago while yachting around the islands. At that time, it was by far my favorite spot in all of the Bahamas. Fast forward 12 years, add wife and child......I decided... More

This yacht club is so much more than a fully equipped marina. The cottages are beautiful inside and out. The inclusive plan is the way to go, all meals including a 4 course dinner, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles and your own skiff. Excellant food- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can't beat the atmosphere- low key but with all the necessities.

From the moment my wife, my two daughters (ages 3 & 1) and I arrived we felt like we have landed on a piece of heaven. The warm breeze covered you like a blanket, the water was so clear that my oldest daughter thought it was the biggest pool she had ever seen. We stayed in a charming cottages right... More
