This review is a bit overdue, as we stayed in December, for eight days, through Christmas Eve. There is rarely a day goes by that I don't think about Staniel Cay, and there's no doubt we will return as soon as we can. From the moment we arrived we found ourselves relaxed and unhurried, it is the kind of place... More

If you want Monaco do not go to Staniel Cay but if you want good food, awesome deserted beaches, crystal clear water and wonderful boating with no big hype just natural beauty then I know of no better holiday than Staniel Cay Yatch Club. I was there in December 2014 and the weather was definitely warm enough to swim and... More

If you are looking for 'total time out' Staniel Cay is the answer. Pristine waters, beautiful beaches and the best 'resort' you could ask for. Keeping the feel very Bahamian, the cottages are more than you need as you spend all your time outdoors. The food is great, the staff are fun. Get your cooler full of goodies and the... More

What a great place! If you want to disconnect and relax and see some awesome blue waters and beautiful wildlife this is the place to go. The staff is soooo friendly and helps with any needs. Great restaurant and awesome marina. This is a place I will return many times to reenergize and reload. The exumas and the surrounding deserted... More

As everyone else has said, the setting for this place is breath taking. Most cottages re on the water. We stayed 2 nights, before and after a 7 day kayak adventure with Spirit of the West. First night we stayed in the Periwinkle cottage. It is a 2 story cottage that would sleep 4 adults easily. It has 2 full... More

We stayed 4 days and had a blast. We toured the area in the boston whaler and really enjoyed swimming at dozens of different uninhabited islands. The reastaurant food is good, especially considering they are in them middle of the ocean. The service was what killed the place. None of the folks (except the dive guy and his girlfriend) have... I first visited Staniel Cay Yacht Club back in March of 2011 with my mother. We are great travel companions and had just wrapped up our trip to the Mediterranean when we saw a picture of the aqua blue water and a pink snout sticking it out. We had friends that had just returned from the Staniel and highly recommended... More

Good Food, nice people, fair prices. We did not stay over night, unfortunately. They have nice cottages next to the yacht club. You have to order your diner before 4 pm, otherwise you have to order from the lunch menu. Boat rental is possible at the general store 1 mile south for 65.-/half day.

Wow, what a great place to vacation and explore! Loved our little Orange cottage....it was so relaxing to sit out on the porch and watch the amazing stars at night. We loved that "beachy" feel and décor of the cottage. They are fairly small but very cozy. Everyone from the front desk gals to the bartenders were friendly and fun.... More
