Preface: So this is a first as a traveler and contributor to this forum...I wrote this on the way back from our trip to Exuma in late March '14 and even though I have provided constructive criticism for other places, I just had a hard time submitting this piece. I've been drawn back to see (and hope for the best)... More

My wife and I visited Exuma and stayed at The Exuma Palms Hotel, and I must say it was great! Ms. Ann was wonderful! Our rooms was clean and comfortable and house keeping made sure it stayed that way throughout our entire visit. We are planning a trip back soon and that is where we would stay. I really loved... The Exuma Palms was excellent!!. Ms. Ann ( The Hotel Manager) was a real sweetheart! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was great for our budget. I loved the private beach! It was the most beautiful beach I've seen yet. When will go back soon and The Exuma Palms is the only place I will stay. I... More

I have never previously written a hotel review, but I felt that I had to highlight the current false advertising at this hotel so as to help others escape the shock which we received when we arrived at the hotel and were told that the restaurant was completely closed and had been for months! We booked this hotel months ago... More

Not worth the money. The island is ruined and way overpriced. Although the beaches are pretty, the locals have placed fish traps everywhere which has ruined the fishing and diving. The hotel's quality is average at best, and the food is overpriced.

We just returned from a fabulous 10 day vacation staying at Exuma Palms Hotel. The location is magnificent. Island is beautiful, lots of things to do for everybody from snorkeling, swimming, and frolicking in the water to visiting local restaurants (they are expensive and mostly fried food though). The property needs some work - the steps to the beach are... More

I will start out by saying that I am more of a stalker than author when it comes to writing online reviews but this time felt compelled to share my experience at Exuma Palms. My husband and I are enjoying our last day of nine at this quaint hotel. Like others have recently shared, we have been awed by the... More

We stayed here for 7 nights for our Honeymoon. The island was beautiful but in all the stay at this hotel could have been much better. The Beach: The beach here is truly phenomenal. Almost every time my husband and I ventured down to the beach we were the only ones there. It was like having a private beach all... More

Let me share my experience on my honeymoon with my husband....we came to Exuma palms to stay for 1 week....all the time we could get off work. Ben was not at the hotel, his girlfriend Claire was the only one there. There were no cooks and no food available once we arrived. Claire told us that she put a sign... More
