It is a fantastic place, very quiet, peaceful as it could get - there is no phone, internet, tv, radio, games, etc. When you live hectic and busy life, it's the best possible holiday. I just returned from a 5 day stay at Exuma. THe island itself is beautiful, but would probably be a lot better for those who have a boat, as many of the nicer beaches are accessible only via boat. If you are looking for a place to refuel your gas tank, this is the place. The hotel was perfect. No T.V., no radio, no clocks. Three balconies where you saw nothing but blue water. Stayed at Regatta Point for 2 weeks in suite A in Nov 2001. It is a lovely island and brilliant place to stay. Nancy is a great hotel manager and is always willing to help you out with whatever you need to know. You don't really need a car just use the bikes or hire a car for the day... more

Unique spot, friendly and helpful people. Walking distance to almost everything, so we didn't need a rental car. Rooms are large, and kitchens are well equipped-great for families on a budget. We come here regularly....worth mentioning are the incredible beaches and beautiful water. We've been to other Bahama Islands and else where in the Caribbean, but have yet to see... more
