I am female travelling with a guy friend. It's a little ways to town. We managed to hitch rides from locals, some of the staff was kind enough to give us a short ride (rainy season- we were the only ones staying at the hotel - Jun 2009). Room 18 was really nice- view of the ocean, your own hammocks... more

I would recommend and have recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway with or without the kids. We rented a house on Exuma from a diabetes auction in Raleigh, NC. So we took off to Exuma knowing little or nothing about the island. Although we had an incredible house with its own pool we ended up spending... more

My husband and I stayed at The Beach Inn (Georgetown). Our goal was to get away, explore the area and do our own thing. The owners , Tina and Jeff as well as their staff were amazing. They will cater to your every need or they will let you do your own thing. They know everyone on the island so... more

my boyfriend and i were there to get away from ny and all the stress that living in ny can cause. this is a place where charm, elegance, and good energy are as naturally evident as the sun in the sky on a clear day. the hotel is amazing, casual but beautiful, warm and cozy without being overbearing and pretentious.... more

Their chef is from the 4 Seaons Hotel in Exuma that recently closed. So the food and service is unbelieveable .The hotel has been redone, and is totally tricked out in Tommy Bahama style. Exuma is an out island and much of the island is... more

I had a great experience at the Beach Inn of Exuma. The owners were so kind as well as all of the staff. The food was outstanding, the rooms were awesome, and the view was amazing. It is by far the nicest hotel in all of Exuma and Georgetown. The pool and beach were great, and they had kayaks that... more

This place is perfect. The old Peace & Plenty Beach Inn that has been improved. By far the best place on the island.
