We have max occupancy numbers listed on the site as we know from past experience that overloading a particular cottage is detrimental to the overall “guest experience” that we offer. We had been to Abaco twice before and had looked at property on Lubbers Quarters. This time my husband and I went alone. What a magical place. The price included the use of a very nice boat. What a deal. Everything I thought it would be and more. If you want to relax and not be bothered, this is the place to be. We had a magic time here in Abaco. we had our own little boat. It was like car rental! The owners Amy and Austin are a lovely friendly couple who have built these cottages with there own hands!
