Our group rented two villas, and while the location is wonderful -- water on both sides -- we were disappointed with cleanliness and value issues. For the rate ($225/night), it really would not have been too much to ask to have the beds made properly and the villa checked for dust and missing/out light bulbs. We arrived at 10pm after... more

I've actually stayed at this property a few times and loved it! It is right on the water overlooking the Sea of Abaco. The location is very quiet and relaxing, but local entertainment and shopping is nearby. I prefer to walk, but you may also call for a taxi. I lived in Marsh Harbour many years ago and returned for a memorial service for a dear friend. Our cottage was very nice and quiet. We had no problems with the house everything was in great working order. The cleaning service was excellent and unnoticed, I love clean towels but don't want to be bothered with the details of them... more

Beautiful location. Cottages in great shape. Stayed there a few times over our 5 weeks in the Abacos. On arrival if no one is around there is a board in the window of the office with your name and cottage number. Nice folks and gorgeous view can't beat it. Walking distance to Jib Room.
