Let me start by thanking Cleolissa and all the front desk staff- I'm sorry I didn't note all their names. Each and every one of them went out of their way to make our stay everything we wished for. Most of the hotel staff continued this same friendly, efficient service, but the housekeeping and breakfast buffet staff were not as... More

We just returned from five days at Pelican Bay. We loved the resort for so many reasons. The architecture is atmospheric, reminiscent of West Indies style villas, but also modern and festive ( the new Canal House has terrific art). Definitely book a suite- wonderful King bed in the bedroom and a large sitting area with wet bar and an... More

We booked the king suite, sea view on the 4th (top) floor and it exceeded our expectations. Room 445 was large and airy and very comfortable in a low key way. This is not a luxury resort; this is a hotel for couples and possibly young families. The location is outstanding - very short walk to Lucaya Market with a... More

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved Pelican Bay! We were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff and were given a suite on the 4th floor with an incredible water view of the marina. Nice sized terrace with 2 lounge chairs, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. It had a separate bedroom with a beautiful and... More

We booked this hotel through a package deal with Vacation Express for a great price since we didn't want to stay at an all inclusive since my wife was pregnant and we thought we wouldn't get our moneys worth all inclusive. We decided to upgrade the standard room to one of their suites and it was well worth it. The... More

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Bay very much. The room was exactly what we expected. Nothing to elaborate, but clean and comfortable. Thank you to the housekeeping staff that provided daily service! The on-site amenities such as 3 pools, restaurant, bars, laundry, etc were a great benefit. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The staff were welcoming and the food... More

We returned yesterday from a week at Pelican Bay. We travelled with our 2 boys aged 7 and 10. We had a great week. The weather was beautiful and hot everyday. The first room we were given was overlooking the marina was very loud in the evening with music and people yelling and the shower had no hot water. We... More

This hotel is very peaceful, surrounded by trees and has three pools. The breakfast was great. I will definitely return and recommend this to others looking for a quiet vacation. The market and many restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel.

As I begin this review I have just arrived hours ago. What a happy difference to the last 3 nights in Nassau! (See previous review of Melia hotel). The room is a suite! It has a magnificent view of bay and pool, gorgeous landscaping, lovely, attentive and welcoming front desk - even a welcome cocktail. Fridge, microwave, safe, espresso maker,... More

Stayed February 11 - 18th, 2015. Started on the 2nd floor facing the Marina. Asked if we could get a room on the 4th floor so the palm trees did not block our view. Was quickly corrected, that they have coconut, not palm trees. Whatever. They changed our room to the 4th floor and we had a lovely view. Room... More

Dear Kpjazzy, Thanks so much for taking time to provide such a detailed review of your stay!
