Pelican Bay is not only a good hotel stay, but their conference center is first rate. The staff is so helpful and attentive to your every need. I was training on the fourth floor and the facilities for training were very appropriate. The food for break and lunch was fantastic, with good healthy choices. I was surprised to be charged... More

We went here as part of a package from vactionexpress.com. It was a terrific deal price-wise so i hate to complain about anything! It was off-season...Septemeber, 2014. Quiet, almost no one there, therefore cozy and had a pool pretty much to ourselves. The rooms could be updated is how I'd put it but for a low-key, beach type vacation they... More

We came here just for one night two friends of mine and me, so we took the suit. The night we booked we called reception to ask for how many people was the room and they told us for 4 with no problems. When we arrive to our suit we found just a king sized bed and a couch (wich... More

4 Stars for the Hotel itself. 2.5 stars for services. The hotel location is great compare to the rest around there. Service at the front desk at the Pelican Bay Hotel is very poor. You have to asked to be served. I can get that back in the state. If you would pass the bad services, unfriendly front desk and... More

I stay at the resort when fishing in the area. It is perfect because it is close to the marina. It has a nice pool and the rooms are nice. The muffin and fruit basket every morning is a nice touch. The swim up bar at the pool is very cool! Everything we need at the end of the day.... More

This is a large hotel with several buildings but I heard no noise from other guests. The room was nice enough though the walls looked worn, fixtures/outlets were a little crooked, and the door stuck. There was a balcony overlooking one of the pools and the canal. The room a/c had to run constantly because of the oppressive heat and... More

Stayed at the Pelican Bay for two nights in late August 2014. Very nice hotel. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is not on the beach, but there are three swimming pools and a couple restauruants and bars on site. It is also right next to the Lucaya Marketplace, so plenty... More

Great experience. Breakfast was very good. Everyone was very friendly. Close to center. I gave 4 stars because the room was a little dated but it was clean. The restaurant on sight was very good and the staff was very friendly.

I've stayed here twice in 2 years. It's a great hotel. The service people are super friendly. They hop to the task if you tell them anything isn't up to par and they are authentic. My first visit 2 years ago I stayed in a perfectly acceptable 2 double bed-room with no sitting area although it had a lovely balcony.... More
