Great hotel, but unexpected issues. All the staff every where were great. The #1 swim up bar was not open to us. Apparently if you don't book "the cove" You can no get to the "best Swim up bar on all of the carribbean..".....which by the way was 1 of the two major reasons we book the atlantis. 2nd disapointment... I will start by first saying I had a decent enough experience that I plan on returning one day. I found the Reef to be a good choice in terms of privacy and crowd control. Its close enough to walk to the action but far enough that when at the Reef beach and pool it felt exclusive and quiet. The... More

Initially, I was trying to book at The Cove, but it was sold out, so took the Reef as a second choice and did not regret it. This is a wonderful place to stay, we had a great vacation here, and would definitely come again. Shuttles and taxis are easily accessible out front. The private beach and pool do get... More

Excellent hotel at the Atlantis Property . This tower is set towards the end of the property , it's actually the last hotel . It's very laid back and far enough from the Royal Towers that you don't have the foot traffic from all the day trippers coming off the cruise ships. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and... More

Our family vacation to Atlantis was fabulous! The resort had activities for everyone including my children who vary in ages from 17, 12, & 9. We loved the new Adventure Water Park. It was a blast riding in the Rapids. We had a 2 bd suite overlooking the pools and the beach, and it was beautiful. The room was clean... More

The Reef Atlantis is the perfect location and family getaway if you're looking for an enjoyable experience. We've stayed at The Reef twice and each time gets better. We plan on going back again and we're considering making this a regular family vacation for years to come. People are friendly, staff are professional and courteous...and are willing to go out... I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with my family. The room alone cost $ 1,300 per night, so far from being cheap. 0. There is no one restaurant in the hotel, only Starbucks ... crazy!!!! (In the morning people line up outside, even crazier) 1. Restaurants by the pools/beaches: 1.a are furnished like those in a slump in Rio... More

We just finished a five day four night stay at the Reef Atlantis. We have traveled to Aruba, Hawaii, and Australia. We always stay in hotels or condos with kitchens. First of all, while expensive, we believe the Reef offers great value. We brought dry goods from home including pasta, nuts, chocolate, granola, and candy. We made a quick stop... More

I returned yesterday from a trip to The Reef Atlantis. Overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, had amazing views and were modern. The food was outstanding, especially Olives and Mesa. My only complaint was the prices. For my sister and I to eat out, it would cost upward of $300 every time. I don't know how... More
