I stayed at the reef for 4 days. The staff was nice and I my room was wonderful. My problem with this place that it is very overpriced for the shittt food and drinks. The food was awful for most of the restaurants except NOBU and MESA grill . I feel like if you are going to charge $40 bucks... More

Stayed at the reef in a 2 bedroom ocean view suite for 4 nights in October with my husband and 2 young girls. After reading how expensive the food can be, we decided to order from food store to go. We ate all 11 meals in our suite and it was wonderful. The beach was amazing, such a gorgeous view.... More

First class hotel. Excellent service and high quality furnishings. Concierge service took care of our every need. The kitchen facilities were great so we could eat breakfast and lunch and snacks in our room and avoid some of the outrageous prices for meals.

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and loved it. It seemed so luxurious due to its amenities in the room, hotel and the site. Everything seemed so new. However, upon returning to the same hotel this December, we found it did not seem so luxurious. Granted, we stayed in a different room but, this time, it was more... More

We stayed in October at the Reef and were in the Penthouse. It was AMAZING! The decor, the view and the butler service were superior. We highly recommend it and it was great being there during the low season. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed the water without having the crowds. The food was good but our best meals... More

From the speedy check in process to the different amenities. The quick efficient response to our request. The way the employees treated us (made us feel like royalty). We truly enjoyed our vacation. Dumbs up to the staff their, job well done.

Staff was super nice and always friendly. Everyone we came across in the Bahamas was very friendly. The posts I've read about unfriendly staff must be from people in awful moods or who bring about the worst in people! On and off the resort everyone was nice! Anyway-our room was on the 20th floor and had the kitchen space-we took... More

Stayed at The Reef the middle of October 2014. Arrived to get a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. Check in was quick and our room had an amazing view of the ocean and the dolphin area. Room was huge with a comfy bed and fridge perfect for your leftovers or drinks. I was worried when booking about how... More

Next to the Cove and private. Only Reef Residents can swim at the reef. Not as crowded by the pool so you can always find a lounge chair. Nice size kitchen to heat up leftover food and have breakfast. Very luxurious suites all a nice size. Great for Family, Cove is great for couples as no kids are allowed. Bobby... More

Worth the extra money to stay at this part of the property. Having access to a quieter pool and beach is worth it. Definitely pay for an oceanview. Amazing view. Not thrilled with the meal that we had at the Mesa Grill. I love the restaurant in Las Vegas but food was subpar and overpriced here.
