I always consult with Tripadvisor before travelling so decided it was time to return the favor to someone else. We spent 3 night at the Reef (May 4-May 7). We stayed in a studio on the 6th floor. The place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the grounds are immaculate. I found the ocean to be somewhat... more

We got married on Cabbage Beach just a few steps from the Atlantis on Paradise Island last month. I've never seen a more beautiful beach, it just could not have been any better. The Reef is new and lovely, special kudos to Shervonne at the Reef's front desk and to Matthew Sweeting, the Island Preacha who performed the ceremony. My... more

We stayed in the 1BR Reef Ocean Suite April 19-26 and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every door was opened for us and the bell staff were so cordial and helpful throughout our stay. This property was meticulously maintained with staff everywhere sweeping, maintaining security, etc. Atlantis guests not staying at... more

I always read reviews on Tripadvisor and if the person writing the review said they would stay there again, I know that the resort, despite some negative review points, is worthy of at least try. And I highly recommend the Reef and would stay there again. We just returned from a week there. We booked through the Atlantis website, and had... more

We decided to come back to the Bahamas after have a great time 2 years ago where we stayed at the Royal Towers. With the newly added Reef and Cove, we wanted to experience what the Atlantis had to offer. We have two young boys so it was important to make sure that the vacation be as comfortable as possible.... more

My wife and I got away for a 4 night get-away...When we travel we don't mind spending the money, in fact we are of the mind-set that when you get away you do it right and try not to skimp because you are there to enjoy yourself. The positives are the rooms are very comfortable and very nice, we had... more

We visited Atlantis and stayed in a one BR Suite at the the Reef Atlantis over Spring Break 2008. Upon arrival our MB toilet was clogged. We asked for it to be fixed and it was not until 8 p.m. The sofa bed was not made up for our two kids and after waiting 5 hours it finally was. There... more

We went to the Reef on our kids spring break and we all loved it. Ya it's a little expensive, but if you do your research before you go you won't be surprised by this. The pool scene and weather alone are worth the trip. The service was awesome. shuttles to take you all over the property, friendly bahamian staff.... more

We stayed at the Reef end of March/beginning of April for 4 nights, and it really was better than expected! This was our first family vacation to someplace tropical and I read all the reviews and we debated the right hotel to choose in Atlantis. I am so glad we decided on the Reef. We are in our late 30's... more
