in mid October my new husband and i went to Atlantis for our Honeymoon. It was beyond what i was hoping for. The whole resort is AMAZING. I reccommend Atlantis to anyone. October is considered a slow time for Atlantis. I think it was the BEST time to go. The weather was hot but not unbearable. There were plenty of... more

Nice water park, but it's just like a Vegas strip hotel. You have to walk a LOT to get anywhere on the resort. There are no drink machines, so if you want a soda or water, you'll pay for it out of the minibar (that has an electronic eye, and even if you just move something, you ARE charged, even... more

Traveled with some travel agents. Went swimming with the dolphins in the rain. Drinks were kind of expensive, but Vegas today is just as expensive for drinks. more

The resort is a very neat place to see. I highly recommend it. Remember that things usually cost more on islands and at resorts, and when you have a resort on an island, things will be very pricey indeed. more

Just spent 5 nights here with my husband and two boys 6 and 8. Forget the other hotels as the Atlantis is the only spot. We have been to Maui (Grand Wailea), Fiji and Hawaii and for the price and fun nothing will beat the Atlantis. The rooms are standard but you will only be sleeping in them so do... more

Let me preface by saying that my husband, son (13), and I have been traveling to a different island every year for the past several years and have stayed at true all inclusives, hotel "all inclusives", and non-inclusive hotels. I used to travel for business 2 to 3 weeks out of the month for years staying in Marriots and Hiltons.... more

The good: Beautiful property; lots of pools; near the beach; very clean; aquariums were amazing, loaded with a lot of tropical fish and unusual species you don't see in your average aquarium: manta rays, hammerhead sharks, sawfish. Lots of different restaurants to choose from from budget to high end gourmet. The bad: very expensive; put off with the insanely priced... more
