My husband and I chose the Atlantis (and specifically the Royal Towers) because we were looking for a close and convenient vacation to take our 10 month old baby for a long weekend. What was good: The Royal Towers were great because it was a one bedroom suite with a kitchen which was very convenient when you have a small... More

I have traveled numerous places and this is the worst place thus far. Upon arrival, we had no idea that we would be paying for service fees, bellman charges, beach taxes, and other numerous charges that I have no clue what they are. The $259.00 a night discount that they promote is just a downright lie. You will be paying... More

Spend your money elsewhere. There are excessive hidden fees and almost nothing comes complimentary with your room. The rooms are average at best, not even close to luxurious. No microwave, no refrigerator and excessive walking. There is security personnel posted every 200 feet and they harass you to provide a room key or bracelet. Very limited food options that are... We stayed from 7/13 - 7/19. We paid for a terrace room and we got upgraded 2 levels to a 9th floor ocean room in the Royal Towers West. Good start. We arrived early so the room wasn't ready. No problem. The bellman said he would bring the bags up and put them in the closet. A while later we... More

We stayed at the Royal Towers at the Atlantis July 3rd-July 6th-2014. The room was nice and we had a view of the harbour facing the yachts and could also see the docked cruise ships. This hotel spares no expense with design and building materials. The restaurants are very pricey on site. I had a small corned beef on rye... More

My husband and four grandchildren just returned from the Atlantis on a 5 day stay at the Royal Towers. We could not believe how run down and out dated the rooms were. The service at all waterparks were awful. We have taken the children to Disney World many times and never had a bad experience. They have got to change their customer... More

Absolutely love Atlantis.. We stayed at the Royal Towers and had a great time. Advise to save money, head out to downtown market to buy your water, beer or any alcoholic beverages, fruits, cereal and milk. Bring a collapsible cooler with you when you go to the pool with your water and snacks. Enjoy your stay all. Just want to... More

I have to say that Atlantis does exactly what it says on the tin (or the website)! It is a huge resort with plenty to see and do. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The waterpark is brilliant, especially with children - make sure you know the height restrictions in advance to avoid disappointment. All rides and animal interactions... More

I had to write a review after spending hours and hours reading reviews leading up to my trip. I will gladly dispel some of the complaints people have about the resort and tell the truth about this gem! I travelled to Atlantis with a group of 1300 others after earning a free trip through the direct-sales company I am involved... More

This is my 4th time here and probably my last. Yes, the staff and the grounds are beautiful and there is a lot to do. But it's gotten ridiculously expensive and not run very well. This resort is geared towards families with children so if you don't mind that, then it won't be a problem. These are some of the... More
