We loved everything about the Atlantis resort! The beach Tower was a bit cheaper but the rooms and facilities were great. You can go to anyplace at the hotel. It is all connected and beautiful. I can not believe that people had complaints. The staff were always willing to help. We had the gourmet meal plan and the food was... more

First, the obvious stuff: 1. Everything in the hotel is overpriced. You read it correctly in other reviews - a SINGLE breakfast buffet is almost $30; a medium pepperoni pizza is almost $25; a small (0.5liter) bottle of water is $5. Realize this when you go into the place and you wont be shocked by the daily food bill. 2.... more

My boyfriend and I just returned from a 6 day/5 night stay at the Beach Tower in Atlantis. We had 100 degree, sunny, beautiful weather every single day. When we booked through the Travel Agent we had a Terrace view room. When we arrived at the Hotel, my boyfriend asked the gentleman at the front desk if it was possible to be... more

The lack of value was the real problem at Atlantis. The hotel itself is like a huge shopping mall (eg Mall of America). The surroundings consist, basically, of a big water park for kids. EVERYTHING is extremely overpriced. The lowest priced rooms were $400 each per night. We had a view of the tar paper roof and there wasn't even... more

This was our first visit to the Atlantis. It was the week before and through July 4th, 2008. I took my wife, daughter and son-in-law and two grandsons. I would say that the Atlantis is a cross between SeaWorld (but many times the size and one of the largest aquariums in the world), a large Las Vegas resort (with expensive... more

I have to agree that this is a very beautiful place, the different aquariums are awesome, and I'm glad my family and I experienced it. But it is a place that once you've been there, you're probably better off going somewhere else the next trip. These people aren't kidding when they say it's expensive. It's outrageously expensive. A bag of... more

I don't want to totally blast this hotel!! We did have a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves. But, everything at the hotel was way over priced, when you go on vacation you expected this to a little pricery then what your use to in the U.S.. This was just ridiculous though. My husband and I stay for 5 nights and... more

My husband and I (no kids - mid 40's) have stayed at Atlantis 12 times. 10 times at the Beach Towers; 2 times at Comfort Suites. Obviously we love the place and consider ourselves sort of experts on the place. We're already planning our next vist for Feb. of '09. Comfort Suites is great and is the least expensive area... more

This resort is amazing - pool after pool, awesome water slides, a beautiful beach and the list goes on. We stayed at the Beach Tower - The room was great (better then expected) . Hotel and Restaurants are very similar to a typical Vegas Property. The grounds however far exceed anything in Vegas. Locals are super friendly and very accomodating.... more
