I was very weary about staying here after reading all the mixed reviews, I thought I would give it a shot and take a gamble. I went with very low expectations and on a budget I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms need a mayor upgrade as well as the hotel itself but the staff and food make up for... More

Four of my best friends and I stayed at the PIHR for 4 nights in May to celebrate graduating from grad school, hence we were on a budget. For airfare and an all inclusive trip we each spent about $600, very hard to beat. Here is the rundown: Rooms: We requested rooms near each other and we got 2 Queen... More

My wife and I went to the Bahamas to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We had also been there last year for my birthday. The hotel is located near the monstrous group of Atlantis properties on Paradise island, close enough so we could easily get to the casino and specialty shops but far enough away to escape the crowds. This... More

My husband and I booked this for a last minute quick getaway for our anniversary. The price and location were right, and we were looking for a place that we could relax and have fun. We read all of the reviews, which scared us to death, but decided to just make the best of it if things were as bad... More

This is the cheapest resort on Paradise Island, so don't expect too much out of it. However, if you are going just to relax, this is a good spot for you. THE GROUNDS: The pool is rather large. The resort is located on the harbour and the beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The man made beach at... More

The place looks old / operates like an old building / has some smells but all in all it was well worth the price of the package we had. One elevator was out of order during our entire stay. You WILL hear your neighbors - and they will hear you so behave. The HOT TUB is not just that a... More

DO NOT GO HERE!! HOTEL AND WORKERS NEED A MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAKE OVER!!! Staff is rude, the hotel stinks and the rooms are very old, smell bad and the food is mediocre. The cafeteria (well that's what it looked like) food was very bad. DON'T LET THE PHOTOS FOOL YOU...IT'S A LOT OF TRICKERY GOING ON.
