My partner and i stayed here for one night after staying in the atlantis for 4 nights, i can honestly say i wish id stayed at this hotel for the full duration. Loved the fact it was all inclusive, plenty of food drinks and snacks to choose from, was glad i didnt have to put my hand in my pocket!!!... more

This resort exclusively caters to recent highchool graduates, when we began our vacation the resort was a mad house. Vomit in the pool, unfriendly staff, garbage over the very very small beach (which is literally the harbor), black mold everywhere in the hallways and rooms, the food was disgusting and the hotel didnt give clean towels for 3 days. After... more

I was not expecting a beautiful hotel considering I traveled here from NY for around $850 for 6 nights including airfare and taxes, but I definitely did not expect what received. The hotel lobby is fairly nice, the pool area isn't too bad either, and suprisingly the food was not too bad. The breakfast buffet was decent, but I stuck... more

I admit, yet again, I forget to check reviews before booking something. Sounds silly, but I was sold with the website/pictures and the customer service when I booked it online. We were all in town (8 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler) for a cruise. We booked an all-inclusive day here as an "excursion". I now know why this isn't something... more

I must say I read a lot of bad reviews before going to this resort as well. I was also terrified and felt like beating myself up for booking 8day, 7 night at this resort. I was there from 6/06 – 6/13. Since there were so many bad review about this place, so I decided to upgrade my room to... more

This hotel was about what I expected when we arrived. Not new but clean and well kept up with a staff that was on top of things and very accommodating! I was a bit disappointed in the small size of the beach area provided but it was right next to the pool area (which was huge) and both were kept... more

Hotel is a dump, food was awful, ran out of food at the outdoor restaurant, smells of sewage even the shower water, staff very unfriendly, the grounds including the lagoon, pool area and surrounding ocean full of trash. got locked in the outside bathroom for 45 minutes the first day and broke my foot trying to get out, they could... more

My husband and I traveled here for our 10th anniversary. Apon arrival we were put in a room with no balcony even though we paid extra for one. We ended up having to change rooms the next day after 4:00 which meant an extra day of wasting time. We were then put in a room next door to one that... more

Arrived late on Saturday night and was told our room had been given away, so they put us into another room and would move us if one opened. The floor in the lobby had this slippery film everywhere. There were several old rugs left over from the Holiday Inn days also. The hallways actually had severe mold every where and... more

I was travelling alone with my 3 year old son. It was the week of March 8. I specifically went prior to March Break to avoid the craziness. I must mention that this was advertised as a Family Oriented Resort. I arrived to find that the entire property of the hotel was swarming with university/college students who were intoxicated using... more
