Due to family emergency I cancelled my reservations within 12 hours. When I called i was told there will be no cancellation fees. That of course was a lie because they did charge me $100.00. I travel a lot and never had that experience before. ALL hotels have at least a 24 hour cancellation policy. More

This location gave us the perfect place to share time together....rooms were clean and resort was first rate. Great location next door to Atlantis without the noise and crowds.
