Condo very clean. Location on the beach. Pool VERY quite. My wife and I enjoyed this property. Good choice.

Villa was two floors, very spacious and clean. Our room was right off the beach and a 10 minute walk from the Atlantis. The people at Viola's (the attached restaurant) were great as well. Couldn't be happier with the choice, much better alternative to the atlantis.

We had our wedding on the beach outside of the Sunrise Beach Villas resort. We could not have been happier with everything during our stay.
