Living in NYC, often times I’ll come across a very special place that I want to keep all to myself. Compass Point is no exception. However, I cannot help but share its magic with the rest of travelers seeking an amazing and secret getaway. There are some places in this world that carry a special energy with them, lending themselves... More

Go here to watch a sunset or have drinks with friends. Do not recommend staying to eat, food takes a while and they get it wrong often. The rooms are nice, location is close to the airport and not too far from all the other tourist attractions near Paradise Island.

I just had a wedding at Compass Point last weekend. The event planner, named Anita, is a very well-organized and professional counterpart to plan everything. She helped where she could and made it clear which areas we should plan on our own. The staff were excellent the day of, the food was incredible, and the bar tenders were totally cool.... More

Stayed here for the day on a business trip. Apparently it has changed management since the first time I visited. Girl at the front desk had a poor attitude, felt like we were a bother to her. No key for one room, had to wait to get an extra one. Being a pilot our schedule changed unexpectantly, and we needed... More

My husband and I recently returned from this resort. We can't say enough nice things about this resort ! From the colorful seaview huts , the fresh seafood dinners , refreshing strawberry mojitos to the very kind accommodating front desk personnel , we loved every minute of our stay. Our rooms were equally satisfying - clean , comfortable linens and... More

I stayed here for three nights in January while I did some scuba diving at Stuarts Cove. I think they must read these reviews since they had someone working on painting while I was there. (The condition of the paint and upkeep was mentioned previously.) The place is nice but the primary focus seems to your money rather than the... More

This is a fantastic place to stay but it really needs to be renovated. We stayed here in January and it was windy and quite cold. There is no insulation at all so the wind goes straight through your bungalow and you need some time to get used to the noise of the wind and the waves. But we were... More

Compass point is the perfect place if you just want to sit on the beach and relax. We went for about 5 days in April (2014) and had the best time. The facilities are very basic- just the cute little bungalows with private beach access, a small pool, and a restaurant/bar. It's great for couples who do not need the... More

We stayed at Compass Point for 4 nights and 5 days. And first let me say that if you are looking for a big, posh resort, Compass Point won't work for you. It's very small and has lots of kitschy charm. So if you're the type to stay at Atlantis because you're looking for every amenity available, Compass Point probably... More

We are so happy to have chosen Compass Point for an early January get away. The individual cottages are delightfully quaint, very clean and well appointed (comfy bed). I admit to being mystified by other TA reviewers noting that Compass Point needed a coat of paint, etc. We thought the property was very well kept. Yes, the rooms are a... More
