We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night due to a flight cancellation that was close to the airport. In a pinch I found this place on Kayak and decided to give it a whirl. Check-in was easy and what great hospitality. It was late but the owners fixed us a real meal of roasted chicken,... More

web site includes inaccurate representation of facilities. No coffee maker in room, no bottled water either. No hot water and the office was not manned 24hrs as I went to complain several times and the office was closed. First morning it took over 2 hours to get a coffee. Staff were generally courteous but made excuses for all the issues.... More

We tried to go in with a positive attitude. A friend had paid for us to stay here for 4 nights so we could attend his wedding. Our positivity, however, was quickly diminished. When we walked into our room there were still food crumbs on the floor from previous guests that had attracted ants. The walls were crawling with little... More

I got there with my wife two years ago , i was not expecting a very luxurious place but at least a clean room and hot water . We got there around 3 pm there and we had to wait 2 hours for them to find a room for us ! meahwhile we seated at the terrace and watched how... More

This place is an absolute dump. The photos are NOTHING like what they show. When we got there they didn't even have a sign, it was a homemade banner. The receptionist worked out of what looked like a prison room. The bar area and pool were dirty, rundown, algae and mold around the pool. Then we got to our room... More

I recently stayed here April 18-20,2014 and let me tell you that don't look at the pictures and think it's okay because of the price. I will be happy to pay full price next go round. The room was very small even for one person. The bed sheets looked as if someone just slept there days before. It was no... More

Much like staying at a budget motel, I had a small dormitory-like room, full bed, 17-inch flat screen TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and separate bathroom with a sink, tub, and shower. There was no room phone, no refrigerator, no closet or drawers (there was a clothes bar but using it would have entailed removing the detachable shelves and requesting... More

Hey, it's not luxury like the big hotels on the island. It's a place to sleep and keep your stuff while you are out having a great time. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Everyone was very friendly and happy to recommend restaurants, beaches, attractions. We made many friends in the common area, shared some drinks and stories as... More

My wife and I stayed at Coco Plum for one night, with a rate of $95. I have a couple of comments about our night: 1) The credit card machine wasn't working, so the ladies running the office wrote down my credit card number, expiration date, and security code. I hope that this information was shredded. 2) Because of the... More

This review comes from our son who stayed at this "resort" last night with a group of teachers and grad students from USF, Tampa. They stayed the one night before heading to San Salvador on a school-related visit. He said the place was horrible: in his words, "a dump". No running water in the shower. The WIFI, cable and TV...
