We stayed at Sheraton from 7/1-7/8 with 2 kids ages 7 & 6. Getting to the hotel from the airport: We would recommend a taxi if you are traveling with more than 2 people. Taxis were charging $20 -$25 each way. The 4 of us took Majestic tours, which cost us $25 per person round trip. Hotel: The lobby was... more

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Radisson Cable Beach & Golf Resort. Our experience was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, quiet and stocked with necessities. The beach was well maintained daily, the staff was friendly and funny :O). And the island food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. more

We just got back from our wedding trip which we held the reception at the Sheraton and where most of our guests stayed. We had worked with a wedding planner to get a good group room rate and we were please with the rates. This is not the states so any resort room anywhere on the island are going to... more

Beaches are beautiful. Nice oceanview room. Hotel is very expensive. $18/per person resort fee DAILY as well as a $6/per person bellman which we never received is added to your bill. Standard 15% gratuity added to everything. Hotel is nice and clean, free internet is about all that is free. Entrees at the mediocre restaurants run at least $17+. Most... more

We spent 8 nights at the Sheraton and I got to say it was a pretty good stay. I've never stayed in a Sheraton Beach resort, more accustomed to Sheraton for business so I didn't expect the same type of services. On Cable Beach, this is one of the very few hotel, not to say the only one, that had... more

We just got back from 3 nights at the Sheraton. The pools are GREAT, the beach is really fantastic. My problem is the prices. The pool/beach bar charges $14 for a hot dog; also $14 for a "fruit salad," which was literally 3 small pieces of fruit and a container of yogurt. I also paid—brace yourself—$4.60 for an ice cream... more

I stayed at the Sheraton with a friend and found half the reviews to be true and half not so true. Truth: - It is beautiful and very clean at this hotel. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Way of life in the Bahamas is not rushed and there are hardly any clocks anywhere you go. The idea is to relax... more

Beware ... the rate you are quoted is not what you will pay -- they add on union charges, mandatory tipping of bellman, and everything is very costly. It is also isolated so taxis expensive - buses an option but they run only until 7 PM (must be a union or a taxi cartel thing). Food is beyond expensive and... more

Hello all. I went to this resort 6/21-6/25. The weather was great the first day, second day cloudy, thunderstorms at night, third day the same as second, and last day was sunny! The resort is great bc it has many pools with waterfalls. Its clean, and nice rooms. ( I will add photos.) My bf went there 2 years ago... more
