We stayed here for Valentine's Day getaway for 4 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was perfect for a couple, king bed and whirlpool bath, full kitchen, living room and deck. Nicely appointed unit. Conveniently located on a main bus route into Nassau and grocery shopping close by. Soft sand beach, nearby restaurants,... More

The resort was in a great location. Taking a bus was easy and quick. Swam with a manatee in the canal as a stingray swam by. Resturants on property were delish. Maid service was not the best. The unit was not cleaned well. Kitchen stove and fridge sides had food dribble down. We had ants, neighbors said they had cockroaches.... More

We stayed here overnight during a recent trip to another island. It was handy to the airport so that worked out great for us. The grounds are beautiful and set on a canal. All the buildings are painted beachy colors and are pleasing outside. Unfortunately, when we arrived the power was out (2pm) and remained out until about 2 am.... More

We had a very nice two bedroom suite. The kitchen was newly updated and the master bedroom was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The were a few things that needed some attention. Some of the blinds did not close but the curtains did so all was good. There were a few chips in the countertop in the... More

This hotel is not at the best location possible, however it is a 30 minutes taxy rides from paradise island and Atlantis. Next to the hotel are some residences with a Marina. The rooms are large enough with kitchens and comfortable beds. The room are quite cleans and well decorated. Bathroom is small but functional. However you don't have any... More

Overall we were disappointed in Sandyport Beaches Resort. Even though the staff was welcoming they couldn't overcome the shabbiness of the facility. Power was down over the entire island for one night, which of course they had no control over, but they did not have a generator! A lot of facilities do, but not them . The staff did nothing... We have been going to Sandyport for nineteen years. This year we stayed in Unit 121 for four days and Unit 426 for ten days from Feb. 21 through March 7, 2015. These units have been upgraded over the past few years especially the kitchen areas. A suggestion for unit 426 would be new living room chair and couch cushions... More

I have been extra busy for the past several months and was looking for a quick 4 or 5 day getaway. I was directed to look into Sandyport Beaches Resort @ cable beach and I did that and booked a studio size room. I was greeted by a very pleasant font desk person and she was very knowledgeable of the... More

This resort is very quiet. Most rooms have a view of the channel and it was nice to watch the boats go up and down mornings and late afternoons. Thanks to Lady Sarah we got personalized customer service. She was wonderful. She holds a Sunday morning orientation... if visiting for the first time to the Bahamas, I strongly recommend going....
