Where can I start, this hotel wasn't even up to "hotel standard". the shower was about to collapse, the water smelt like urine coming out of the taps. We also had to switch rooms because our original dirty room was flooding and the maintenance at the hotel had no clue why this was occurring. We were a family visiting the... More

I would like to address the issues mentioned by this guest. • Yes the AC in the room did freeze over and leaked into the room which was why they were transferred to another room. • There is no problem with our water smelling like urine as we have a treatment system in place to ensure good quality water. •... I notice about four persons had something good to say about this terrible place called Park Manor, however, the majority does not seem to be impressed with it and so am i. I am not afraid to write my review, because the public needs to be aware that their lives are in danger at the Park Manor..I along with my... More

Don't stay at Park Manor. It is terrible. We were in Nassau for 5 days and unfortunately stayed there. Problems with the hotel - > No hot water > Shower doesn't work well. > Staff are clueless about things to do in Bahamas > Pool is dirty and useless > Hotel is dirty and smells like urine in the hallway... Please don't stay there, its not safe for anyone to stay there. I planning to stay there for a week from oct 29, 2007 to nov 8, 2007 but i didn't. Guest was smoking weed, people fighting, loud music, roaches, no hot water, no light in the bathroom, no telephone working, dirty pool everything was horrible about this hotel. i... More

This was my second time staying at the Park Manor and the service was not as good as the first. (First visit was Dec.2005, second was Oct.2007). They used to serve a full breakfast (eggs, toast, meat, tea, juice) but now their "breakfast" is coffee and overcooked muffins. We did not use the pool either time, so we can't comment,... More

I have never stayed in a worse hotel and never feared so much for my safty. The hotel was unclean, the sheets were dirty when we checked in, the light , and fan was broken, the window didn't open, and the door didn't have a lock on it. Sence reports of violent crime will not be posted I won't go... More

I stayed here while my friends got married at Sandals. It was awesome for the price you pay. The shower is my only complaint. You never knew what temperature it was about to be. Cheap and clean, coffee and sometimes orange juice in the morning is a welcome addition. Oh yeah, and the other guests at this place were noisy,... More

Although having the advantage of a good location and cheap rates, I would not stay in Park Manor again if returning to Nassau. There were a few simple problems with the room such as a broken door lock, rusty bath, broken drawers, bathroom sink falling off the wall that i brought to the attention of the staff on more than... I recently went on a trip to Nassau with 5 college friends and the Park Manor was just what we were looking for. It's location is great, just 3 blocks from downtown shopping district and the water. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We stayed in one of the "efficiencies"- which... More
