After being unable to locate my previously booked hotel my taxi driver suggested Grand Central. It is situated centrally in Nassau, placing all the major attractions & venues within walking distance. There is no restaurant onsite but Starbucks, the Hard Rock Cafe, & many other options are close by. The rooms are old but clean & comfortable. All staff I... More

Fantastic Location, Friendly Staff, Affordable. However facilities are poor. Elevator is old and making funny noises, the room is clean but sheets have cigarette burn holes and the towels are old white (turning yellow) overused. Wifi only works in the small lobby they have.

Well the location is excellent! very central Nassau, but the hotel itself is a nightmare, the price is bargain for the bahamas, but everything inside is falling apart, nothings works, wifi only works at the front desk! the staff are a lit bit afraid of you in the beginning because they know you'll complain but if you don't then they... Low prices which meant that we were able to save our money for other things like good food and drinks. Perfect location in downtown nassau next to lots of restaurants and bars. Short taxi or ferry away from paradise island. Beach only 5 min walk away. Staff were really lovely and helpful. If we needed anything they would always help.... More

Location of this hotel is great. Right in the heart of downtown Nassau. As you walk out there are plenty of shops , Starbucks on the corner and subway is on the other side of the road. Just a 3 min walk from the ferries and the Cruise ship dock. If you visiting the Atlantis resort you can get a... More

It has been said in earlier reviews "you get what you pay for", and if that was true, it would not be so bad. But really, this Hotel is not worth that money, it has all the makings of one of those seedy "by the hour" hotels, except it is not really even clean enough for that. If stuck for... More

I stayed here the for a week late June of 2014. You really get what you pay for. As someone who is young and doesn't mind all the glamor if it means saving lots of money this place is great! I don't think I would stay here if I were over the age of 60...and could afford a better place.... More

Let me start off by saying that I booked my stay there before reading these reviews, because if I hadnt I would not have gone there and it would have been a terrible mistake. Let me also say that when I say 5 stars I in no way believe this to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at.... More

This place MUST be condemned and shut down as it is unsafe for human inhabitation. I am considering to contact local Bahamian health authorities and if available the Nassau chamber of commerce. I have NEVER seen such a dump and they have the nerve to even charge money for it. Dirt and filth everywhere, a terrible stench of vomit in... More
