I came here for a one-week New Years vacation for some R&R after a very hard work year. "Disappointment" is the understatement of the century when describing my experience. Everything from the location, hotel and room cleanliness, food, safety, and service, was horrible. Never on vacation have I felt that my safety was in danger beside during my stay at... more

Please carry all your valuable on you, the maids or the persons who have keys to the rooms steal. I was just there in Nvember 2009. The Hotel is nothing like the pictures on the internet. Dirty, smells, you have the locals walking in and out all time of day and night, cars broken into, BUT THEY HAVE SECURITY. more

You get what you pay for. Some friends and I wanted to spend an extra night in Nassau, we tried to get something pretty cheap. We did not have high hopes with many of the reviews read here, but some liked it. It was a tolerable but very unpleasant experience. Some of the lowlights 1) A charge is added you... more

This hotel is not bad it just need a good fixed up, the elevators, rooms, dinning area, and restaurant. But overall if you need a descent hotel for a weekend trip it okay to stay. more

Do not ever go to this hotel. Our AC was broken and they refused to give us another room when the hotel was empty. Sam the front desk manager is a miserable person. I feel sorry for someone that feels the need to be so rude to his clients. He is obviously unintelligent and takes it out on everyone else. more

Listen plz believe the reviews, the pictures are misleading, while the staff is friendly the characters lurking is questionable. I didn't even want to sleep on the bed the room is disgusting the view is of bushes and an old unkept grounds. really disgusting not even worth the price i paid. Do not stay there. more

We stayed two week at this hotel and it was wonderful! It was clean and centrally located with a beautiful beach across the street. In short walking distance to downtown shopping, McDonalds and other native restaurants and the harbor. You will see cruise ships almost daily coming and going from this hotel. The bathroom was very clean, the mattress was... more

I would like to express my disappointment of the Nassau Palms Hotel. I have stayed in a lot hotels, but this one is the worst one. In the checking-in process, I was told that there would be a $10.00 per person, per day fee for maid and energy fees with a total of $90 for the 3 days. This is... more

We were so dissapointed!!!! After spending 3 weeks in one of the family islands in the bahamas - where the best hotels are no where near the standard you would expect in a hotel, we were looking forward to staying at Nassau Palms - for a night of luxury in comparison. We never read reviews, and I wish we had.... more

I stayed in Nassau palm resort in May 07 with my wife and 2 kids 3 yr and 1 yr old. After reading reviews of Nassau Palm Resort & Conf Ctr on the websites , this resort seemed like a nightmare for a wonderful dream trip to the Bahamas. however, I booked 3 nights with waterfront, double beds and balcony,... more
