I made the mistake of booking my daughter and grandson in here for one night until they could join us in the time share. I was expecting basic but hoped for OK and was misled by positive reviews written in May 2015. I realised I had made a mistake when we approached reception - entrance was shabby, dirty, and labelled... More

This older resort is very, very basic, but with the friendly and efficient service, as well as the relatively low price, I hate giving it only 2 stars. But with the bathtub floor buckling when you take a shower, no cold water service in the bathroom sink, only lukewarm hot water, and other issues, this has to rate as only... More

One of the worst places I ever visited in my 10 years, room No6 smelled. The Kitchen was nasty, stove and thefts and pans were dirty. The bathroom tub you couldn't shower because the tub would buckle under you. Sheets were never changed in our four day stay. Pay the extra and stay someplace nicer. We to the beach across... More

The whole island seems so to have settled into charging high nightly charges for really poor accommodation, that I'm sure visitors try their best to avoid New Providence. Nassau town itself is a tourist/trippers' nightmare - but seems to fascinate the thousands of cruise-ship passengers who tip up daily for an ice-cream and a tawdry Chinese memento of their visit... This place was cheap, however staying here was a big mistake. We just stayed 1 night on the way to Cat Island. It is dirty, run down and the room smelled terrible. The bedspread was ripped and the floor was wet. We almost walked out. The beach was nice, quiet and beautiful but not much for snorkling. They decided not to serve... More

The Inn is actually located really nice, close to the beach and in calm surroundings. I can only imagine how it must be in the city. For a night og few nights stay if you are e.g. transit of flights from the airport its really great. I'll not consider it if I had to stay for a longer period of... More

We stayed here to and from our trip to the out islands. If you think of it like a Red Roof Inn, you get the picture. It's a basic hotel for a basic price. It's close to the airport ($15 ride), but no noise. I saw no issues with cleanliness; everything looked fine and I did see people out cleaning.... More

Where to start? This is a tired resort which seems to be in freefall. First the bad, then the good. When we arrived, we asked about safe keeping of our money/passports, etc. We were handed a key/lock to our room safe which we could rent for two dollars a day, but we were told that this was the only key-... Was actually in Bahamas for work and there was limited options but it was to our benefit. Orange Hill Inn is fabulous! It's a little far out from the center of Nassau but after some time spent in Nassau I couldn't have been happier. Truthfully there's nothing going on in downtown Nassau once all the cruise ships pull out of... More

We have been staying here on our annual diving trip for the past ten years. Some time ago, it seemed that there were some improvements happening but it got worse. I know that it is quite cheap place but still... we did not have hot water for two days and the management did not seem to care. It feels that... More
