We stayed at the Suites of Graycliff - a very old fashioned hotel in the center of Nassau - excellent service, wonderful pool, garden needs a little refurbishment - what you must not miss, when staying there: chocolate factory, cigarr factory, an evening at the bar, breakfest, etc. etc. - try to meet the owners - they can tell you... Visited Graycliff on a food tour and went back for the day pass. For $25pp you get $25 in food and beverage credit and access to the pool. The food and drinks were outstanding and the service was excellent. The pool is beautiful and minimally used. We had a wonderful afternoon here.

In the chaos that is Nassau, the Graycliff is a very pleasant sanctuary. It has lots of history, plenty of character and the grounds are really impressive. Unfortunately there is a complete disconnect between the price that we paid (for an alledgedly deluxe room) and what was provided. If you are charging five star prices you have to deliver a... More

Just a short walk from bustling Bay Street and the cruise shop terminal, this stunning and welcoming mansion is an oasis surrounded by lush gardens, a spectacular pool and a main house which evokes a bygone era. This is not a conventional Bahamian mega hotel, rather a home away from home with an intimate feel of luxury and charm. The... More

We only walked through Graycliff Mansion, but this place was incredible. The architecture, landscaping, plant life, pool, restaurant - it was so breathtaking. We stopped in the chocolate making part and the chocolates were even beautiful! We'll definitely be back to dine and shop. This would be an amazing spot for family or wedding photos!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend away and chose to stay at Graycliff based on its reputation and reviews. Graycliff bills itself as a restful getaway. Unfortunately, it is anything but restful. We were given a room in the main house, which also houses the restaurant. The restaurant has live piano every night as well as... More

I have taken a few cruises into Nassau; so we have hit all the big attractions. This past weekend we walked off the ship and headed to The Graycliff Hotel. During our last trip a couple told us about this place, so we decided to go the next time we were in Nassau. We didn't want to let anyone know... More

Its a beautiful hotel with some very rich history, but the restaurant experience was very very disappointing. Staff are all wonderful, but the food was not that good. Unfortunately, we ordered a lot of food and each dish we had was disappointing. Entrees are from $45 and up, and one of our friends ordered the lobster and pasta special and... More

I am a HUGE fan of anything Graycliff and love the brand, the hotel, the cigars, the owner and everything Graycliff. To me it's a special place, spending my 30th birthday there, my 35th, my 40th, my 45th and most recently when it came time to propose, I took my girlfriend (now fiance') there to the Graycliff. The Hotel/Restaurant/cigars aren't... More

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Graycliff Hotel. Loved my room and found the staff to be extremely helpful. Felt like my secret little getaway in Nassau! Anyone looking for a quiet getaway, away from the tourist crowds will love this place. If you are looking for touristy... not the place for you.
