I recently had the pleasure of staying at Graycliff Hotel. Loved my room and found the staff to be extremely helpful. Felt like my secret little getaway in Nassau! Anyone looking for a quiet getaway, away from the tourist crowds will love this place. If you are looking for touristy... not the place for you.

Really had a nice time in July at Graycliff. Just a weekend away, but worlds' away when you need it. The new additions of the chocolate factory and cigar factory buildings, gift shop and the Heritage Museum are a real plus when you stay. I however didn't want to leave my room too much this trip. Next month will be... More

I stayed one night in Nassau's Graycliff. Its a historic hotel and restaurant run by the Garzaroli family , Enrico and Anna and their adult children. If you like modern hotels this is not your hotel. But if you like to turn back time , and stay in a beautiful home full of antiques and history this is your place.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here Aug 2-9. While it's not a crummy hotel by any measurement, we were overall very disappointed with the services available given the almost $400 ($320 + fees) per night rate. First, we specifically booked a suite that was supposed to have a whirlpool bathtub; we had to request to be moved soon after arrival.... More

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Graycliff. We chose this hotel because we did not want to stay at a resort. Also, the hotel itself is an attraction since it is a historic building with 20 elegant rooms. The location is excellent within walking distance from downtown Nassau, where you will find lots of options for restaurants. Also,... More

Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and air conditioning too as we had expected. But there were many other pleasant surprises. The restaurant is the one that the locals come to for special occasions. The food is very good, service excellent and the atmosphere beautifully enhanced by the singer and pianist playing requested tunes in the... More

This hotel is an amazing attraction because of the chocolate factory, cigar factory, wine cellar, and the three great restaurants there. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens are spectacular and well appointed with Spanish tiles and statues. There are several outdoor lounge areas to enjoy one of the cigars that are hand-rolled in front of you. I had the purple... More

My daughter and I were on a Carnival Cruise and she spotted this activity prior to our leaving for the trip. Luckily we called and made reservations as the class only holds 8 people. We arrived at 10 and donned yellow gauze smocks and were taken into a dream world of melted chocolate. We learned about the plant and how... More

Few places in the region match the charm and elegance found at Graycliff. In my opinion, it sets the "standard" for boutique hotels and gourmet dining. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The beds are large and very comfortable. Even though the hotel is within walking distance of the lively downtown Bay Street area, it's quiet and peaceful in... More

Returning from Guana cay we stayed the weekend at Graycliff, looking for something different from the Atlantis cattle call. This is a great place. Not on or near water but has a unique and inviting pool area. The rooms are above the restaurant but surprisingly quiet. The room is huge, probably 500 sq. ft. With orientals and a large tapestry....
