We arrived in Nassau aboard the NCL Getaway. After much research, we decided to book a day pass to this property because it was close to the cruise ship and downtown. Our pass was $45.00 per person which included a food credit and towels. The pictures of the property were highly inaccurate. When we arrived at the front desk, we... More

Room = Good Location good staff = rude, Was reallocated in the middle of our stay. The staff did not seem to care. Booked with a prepaid online booking website and still had to paid extra fees called"Energy Surcharge" "Attendant Gratuities" (around 40$).

I had the impression that you can get better hotela with the same price. Hilton in Curacao is better than this one

We often stay a hilton hotels but this one wasn't the best experience. It is a nice hotel and ideally situated. The beach and the pool are outstanding. Unfortunately the hotel hits you with a surprise 34 dollar a night energy fee when you check in. Not a huge amount but just be honest and include it in the rate... More

This was my fourth stay for business, and the renovations have improved what was an already pleasant place to stay. The pool area and grounds are lovely. Very convenient location close to dining and shopping options.

Overall they do their best to help and in general staff are exceptional except for room service which was a bit erratic. The consumption of takeaway food in public areas is a real problem especially as a number of the culprits are non resident and come in to use the business computers to scan Facebook accounts etc.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Nassau Bahamas for 3 nights. The back of the hotel (pool, beach and bar areas) are adjacent to the... More

Situated on downtown Nassau’s only private beach and the site of Old Fort Nassau, the British Colonial Hilton in the Bahamas has undergone a multi-million renovation throughout all areas of the hotel, and offers a taste of the island’s rich history, along with some of the most modern amenities for both business and vacation travelers. What’s more the hotel is only 25 minutes from Nassau (Lynden Pindling International) Airport. The hotel is a true Bahamian experience with a marble-tiled lobby and is studded with palm trees under a skylight ceiling. There are 288 luxuriously appointed guest rooms with harbor or island views. All rooms are furnished with tasteful decor, complemented by separate shower and bathtub. One-bedroom suites offer a separate living area with sofa bed, and Executive accommodations are also available along with the Executive Lounge, where attentive hotel staff assures that every need and whim will be met during your stay. Recreational activities are convenient and varied for leisure and business travelers alike. A 300-ft long private white sand beach is furnished with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades overlooking the harbor offering a peaceful and secluded access for an ocean swim or a day in the sun. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear on the beach is complimentary. Bordered on one side by a tropical garden, the hotel's freshwater pool offers harbor views and has an expansive sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the sundeck and beach offer views of cruise ships moored nearby, and of the western tip of Paradise Island, 300 yards offshore. Guests can snooze in hammocks on the lawn adjacent to the pool. The property can also organize trips out reef snorkeling island exploring, boating, golf, tennis and scuba diving. For dining options, Aqua is a fun, casual restaurant serving international favorites with a Caribbean flair, or guests can meet up for cocktails at the Bullion Bar.
