This place is of a bygone era. That said, keep your expectations low and a good sense of humour and you won't be disappointed. Especially if you get a good deal. The casino was dated and smelled of old people and cigarettes from last century. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Good location. Adequate stay.

Was a beautiful hotel 30 years ago only go if it is budget prices can walk to town or take the bus pretty standard for an modest island hotel with all the amenities at your door step sure the structure has aged with the salt water ocean breezes ...for the couples or people on the move not to lounge around... We stayed for 4 nights with air fare for $500 each, cant beat that price. The hotel was falling apart and will most likely be torn down when Bahamar takes over so get the cheap prices while you can! its right on the bus stop line if you want to go into downtown or the fish fry and it goes... More

The escalator did not work. The ceiling leaked and paint was chipping. Our bathroom was small and had mold. One of our pillows had a moldy smell. If it was not for the great view, this hotel would get a score of 1. Do not eat at the hotel. Go to the fish fry to eat.

If you are looking for a budget vacation, stay at the Sheraton next door. Everything was old and run down. When it rained, the lobby flooded. The beach towels were threadbare and you needed 12 types of security to even get them. We wound up using the pool and hotel bar at the Sheraton the whole time. We also had... More

The hotel is beautiful everywhere you see it. Inside is just amazing, the casino is on the 1st floor, you won't miss it because it is by the entrance (smart idea)... Even though, we had a good experience, we just want any other traveler to pay attention to the following: - If you want wifi in the room, you need... More

I will never stay with Wyndham group anywhere again based on this experience. We stayed at Wyndham Nassau for New Year's Eve. Every single aspect of our stay was disappointing. Check-in was lengthy and chaotic and they tried charging different prices than our booking (already over-priced). Most of the hotel was shut down for renovation apparently, something we were not... The hotel is very run down. Couldn't find a place to eat and the staff sent us to the Fish Fry. Total tourist trap! Our room was the best part of the stay. Roomy and the bed was comfortable! The pool was run down and the pool bar had been closed for a long time. Not what their website said!!
