This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever been through. I stayed here for 1 week through a timeshare. We checked in at 11 p.m. to an extremly dirty room (both beds had been slept in, towels scattered, bathroom dirty and garbages were full). Hotel needs paint, carpet, furniture, repairs, and anything else you couls think of. Everything you buy comes with a 15% gratuity added even when you serve yourself in the buffet or the snack bar. First and foremost, i must say that if you are travelling to a foreign country - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO. The Bahamas is an expensive place!
