This place is the most interesting for adventure seekers! Concordia is an experience everyone should have. Its like staying in a tree house with the tree frogs singing! It doesn't have air conditioning but the place has fans all over, very nice. The staff was wonderful & the outdoor restaurant was incredible! The food was outstanding, served by super waitress's,... The tents are well equipped and very comfortable. The view from our patio was just amazing... perfect for morning coffee and afternoon beers! The beach is BEAUTIFUL and great for snorkeling and picnics. But whatever you do... do NOT miss breakfast! The BEST scrambled eggs I have ever had in my life. Even better than mine and I am a... Great experience-reminded us of a 2 level pop-up trailer (only bigger). We have camped in tents and trailers in many parts of the Central and Western US but this was an awesome earth-friendly experience. It was my husband and our 17 year old daughter. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. 2 of the 6 nights were very... More

My wife and I got caught up in the rain at Salt Pond Bay while snorkeling late in the day. Rather than taking the local bus back to the ferry dock, we stayed a night in the "honeymoon" eco-tent #P-13 overlooking the bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The manager, Wayne, took great care of us and made sure we had... More

Husband, 11 yr old son and I stayed in premium eco-tent which was very comfortable with the breeze. We did not find it stuffy or buggy like some reviews report but perhaps that's b\c we got a premium tent. It is worth it!! Just gorgeous everywhere you look! We enjoyed kicking back at the pool after our other daily activities... More

Not a hotel, but a wonderful way to minimize your impact on the island and surrounding ocean. Solar powered lighting, solar hot water, composting toilet all help to keep your footprint small. Waking up to the view southward over the sea, breezes blowing through the screens is a wonderful experience. Don't forget to feed the hermit crabs!

Our extended family included 9 &11 year old boys, their mother and grandparents. Each viewed the experience differently. For the older boy, it was the thrill of hermit crabs enjoying our fruit peelings and coffee grounds (as we were encouraged to feed them); the younger boy loved the pool and the staff courtesy; the mother embraced the idea of being... True appreciation of the earthly and geographical amenities with an exceptional staff to assist you with any of the real-world things you may have forgotten about...real comfort, real views, real water and real space amongst the real island treasures. We flew into St. Thomas, picked up our open-air Jeep Wrangler rental and took the forty minute ferry ride to Cruz Bay, St. John. The ferry ride was a treat... offering views of the nearby British Virgin Islands - much different than the Long Island Ferries we are used to. Once we arrived on St. John it was a twisty... More

We stayed in an eco tent, with a loft area for sleeping and beds downstairs. The view was literally a billion dollar view. The tent was clean and not really a tent. We had a great time -- and got great exercise each day to boot. Not a place for people who aren't physically actiive. Be sure and bring a... More
